Դրամային պարտատոմսերը տրամադրվում են տարեկան 10.25% եկամտաբերությամբ, իսկ դոլարային պարտատոմսերը՝ տարեկան 5.75% եկամտաբերությամբ։ Արժեկտրոնային եկամուտների վճարումները կատարվելու են եռամսյակային պարբերականությամբ։

Տեղաբաշխումը սկսվում է 2025թ. սեպտեմբերի 11-ին և կշարունակվի մինչև նոյեմբերի 18-ը ներառյալ։ Պարտատոմսերի շրջանառության ժամկետը 27 ամիս է, մարման օրը՝ 2027թ. դեկտեմբերի 11-ը։

Տեղաբաշխվող պարտատոմսերի պայմաններն են.

  • Դրամային պարտատոմսերի ծավալը՝ 3,000,000,000 ՀՀ դրամ (30,000 հատ անվանական, չփոխարկվող ոչ փաստաթղթային արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմս, յուրաքանչյուրը՝ 100,000 ՀՀ դրամ անվանական արժեքով)
  • Դոլարային պարտատոմսերի ծավալը՝ 5,000,000 ԱՄՆ դոլար (50,000 հատ անվանական, չփոխարկվող ոչ փաստաթղթային արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմս, յուրաքանչյուրը՝ 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար անվանական արժեքով)

Պարտատոմսերը հանդիսանում են հուսալի ֆինանսական գործիքներ և երաշխավորվում են Ավանդների hատուցումը երաշխավորող hիմնադրամի կողմից՝ նույն սկզբունքով, ինչպես ավանդները:

Տեղաբաշխման ավարտից հետո պարտատոմսերը կներկայացվեն ցուցակման Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում, կունենան շուկա ստեղծող (Marketmaker), իսկ դրանցից ստացված եկամուտներն ազատված կլինեն եկամտային հարկից և ոչ ռեզիդենտի շահութահարկից՝ ապահովելով ավելի բարձր եկամտաբերություն:
