Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նոր դավադրություն է փորձում նյութել

Այսպես կոչված «Թրամփի ուղու» հարցում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նոր դավադրություն է փորձում նյութել՝ այս անգամ Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի դեմ։ Երեկ կառավարության լրատվական ծառայությունը հայտնեց, որ Փաշինյանը կառավարությունում ընդունել է Հայաստան այցելած ՆԱՏՕ-ում հավատարմագրված դեսպաններին։ Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության՝ հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Հայաստան–ՆԱՏՕ գործընկերությանը վերաբերող հարցեր։ Փաշինյանը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի կողմից խաղաղության և կայունության ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ տարվող քաղաքականությունը, անդրադարձել է օգոստոսի 8-ին Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ստորագրված վաշինգտոնյան հռչակագրին, ինչպես նաև խաղաղության և հարաբերությունների հաստատման վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրի նախաստորագրմանը։ Նա շեշտել է, որ Հայաստանը կարևորում է միջազգային գործընկերների, այդ թվում՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ համագործակցությունը, ինչը նպաստում է նաև տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության և կայունության օրակարգի առաջ մղմանը։
Իրականում Փաշինյանը այլ նպատակ ունի․ նա ցանկանում է խորացնել համագործակցությունը ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ՝ հստակ հասկանալով, որ այսպես կոչված «Թրամփի ուղու» լիակատար վերահսկողությունը միայն հայ–ամերիկյան կոնսորցիումի միջոցով հնարավոր չէ իրականացնել։ Այդ պատճառով փորձում է ներգրավել նաև ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկրների որոշ ուժեր և միջոցներ։ Իհարկե, դրա համար կարող էր դիմել Եվրամիությանը, բայց ՆԱՏՕ-ն, լինելով ռազմաքաղաքական բլոկ, Փաշինյանի ծրագրերին հենց ռազմաքաղաքական բաղադրիչ է ավելացնելու։
Թեպետ կողմերը պարտավորվել են, որ երրորդ երկրների զինված ուժեր չեն լինելու տարածքում, Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է եվրոպական դիտորդների օրինակով ՆԱՏՕ-ի դիտորդներ հրավիրել՝ իբր սահմանային անվտանգությունը ամրապնդելու նպատակով։ Բնականաբար, այդ կերպ թուլանալու է ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանի ազդեցությունը, այլև Իրանի ինքնիշխանությունը։ Թե ինչպես կարձագանքեն Իրանն ու Ռուսաստանը այս պայմաններին՝ դժվար է ասել։ Բայց այն, որ Փաշինյանը լիակատար կերպով լծվել է իր վտանգավոր մտահղացման իրականացման գաղափարին, փաստ է։
