Նեթանյահուն խոստացել է, որ «Պաղեստինյան պետություն չի ստեղծվի»

Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենիամին Նեթանյահուն հինգշաբթի խոստացել է, որ Պաղեստինյան պետություն չի լինի՝ ելույթ ունենալով օկուպացված Արևմտյան ափին խոշոր բնակավայրերի նախագծի ստորագրման արարողության ժամանակ, հաղորդում է Ֆրանսպրես գործակալությունը։
«Մենք կատարելու ենք մեր խոստումը, որ պաղեստինյան պետություն չի լինի, այս վայրը մեզ է պատկանում»,- Երուսաղեմից արևելք գտնվող իսրայելական Մաալե Ադումիմ բնակավայրում անցկացված միջոցառման ժամանակ հայտարարել է Նեթանյահուն։ «Մենք կպաշտպանենք մեր ժառանգությունը, մեր հողը և մեր անվտանգությունը... Մենք կրկնապատկելու ենք քաղաքի բնակչությունը»։
Իսրայելը վաղուց ծրագրեր ուներ մոտ 12 քառակուսի կիլոմետր (4,9 քառակուսի մղոն) տարածք զարգացնելու համար, որը հայտնի է որպես E1, սակայն ծրագիրը տարիներ շարունակ հետաձգվել է միջազգային դիմադրության պատճառով։ Տարածքն ընկած է Երուսաղեմի և իսրայելական Մաալե Ադումիմ բնակավայրի միջև՝ Պաղեստինյան տարածքի հյուսիսն ու հարավը կապող ճանապարհների մոտ։
Անցյալ ամիս Իսրայելի ծայրահեղ աջակողմյան ֆինանսների նախարար Բեզալել Սմոտրիչը աջակցել է բարձր պաշտպանված հողատարածքի վրա մոտ 3400 տուն կառուցելու ծրագրերին։ Նրա մեկնաբանությունները դատապարտման արժանացան, ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիո Գուտերեշը հայտարարեց, որ համաձայնագիրը փաստացի կբաժանի Արևմտյան ափը երկու մասի և «գոյության սպառնալիք» կներկայացնի Պաղեստինի հարակից պետության համար։
1967 թվականից օկուպացված Արևմտյան ափի բոլոր իսրայելական բնակավայրերն ըստ միջազգային իրավունքի անօրինական են, անկախ նրանից՝ արդյոք ստացե՞լ են Իսրայելից շինարարության թույլտվություն, թե՞ ոչ։ Մի շարք արևմտյան կառավարություններ, դրանց թվում՝ Մեծ Բրիտանիան և Ֆրանսիան, այս ամսվա վերջին ՄԱԿ-ում հայտարարել են Պաղեստին պետությունը ճանաչելու իրենց մտադրության մասին։
Վերջին ամիսներին ծայրահեղ աջակողմյան իսրայելական նախարարները բացահայտորեն տարածքը անեքսիայի ենթարկելու կոչ են արել Իսրայելին։
Peace Now իսրայելական ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպությունը, որը վերահսկում է Արևմտյան ափում բնակավայրերի գործունեությունը, անցյալ շաբաթ հայտարարեց, որ E1-ում ենթակառուցվածքային աշխատանքները կարող են սկսվել մի քանի ամսվա ընթացքում, իսկ բնակարանաշինությունը՝ մոտ մեկ տարի անց։
Բացառությամբ Իսրայելի անեքսիայի ենթարկված Արևելյան Երուսաղեմի, Արևմտյան ափում բնակվում է մոտ երեք միլիոն պաղեստինցի, ինչպես նաև մոտ 500 հազար իսրայելցի բնակիչ։
