Տոկիոյում հինգշաբթի հորդառատ անձրևը հեղեղել է որոշ փողոցներ և դադարեցրել երկաթուղային և օդային հաղորդակցությունը, կանխատեսվում են նոր փոթորիկներ, հաղորդում է Associated Press-ը։
Ճապոնիայի օդերևութաբանական գործակալության տվյալներով՝ մայրաքաղաքում ընդամենը մեկ ժամվա ընթացքում տասներկու սանտիմետր անձրև է տեղացել։ Տոկիոյի Հանեդա օդանավակայանում օդային երթևեկության կառավարումը և այլ ցամաքային ծառայություններ դադարեցվել են կայծակի հարվածների պատճառով, որոնք խոչընդոտել են ինքնաթիռների թռիչքին։
Երկաթուղային հաղորդակցությունը ևս ժամանակավորապես դադարեցվել է, դրանց թվում՝ արագընթաց գնացքը և տարածաշրջանի այլ գծերը։ Տոկիոյում տեղատարափ անձրևը հեղեղել է փողոցները, և որոշ սոցիալական ցանցերի օգտատերեր հայտնել են, որ ուժեղ կարկուտ են տեսել։
