ԱՄՆ-ն սահմանել է Եմենի հութիների դեմ խոշորագույն պատժամիջոցները

Այսօր ԱՄՆ ֆինանսների նախարարության արտաքին ակտիվների վերահսկողության գրասենյակը (OFAC) հայտարարել է 32 անհատների, կազմակերպությունների և չորս նավերի ներառման մասին՝ որպես «Իրանի կողմից աջակցվող հութիներ անունով հայտնի «Անսարալլա» զինյալ խմբավորման դեմ մինչ օրս սահմանված խոշորագույն պատժամիջոցներից մեկը»,- https://home.treasury.gov/news/press-releases/sb0243 ասված է ֆինանսների նախարարության հայտարարության մեջ։
Այսօր թիրախավորված ցանցերը «հութիների գլոբալ անօրինական դրամահավաքի, մաքսանենգության և զենքի ձեռքբերման գործողությունների մաս են կազմում և ներառում են հութիներին առնչվող ընկերություններ, դրանց սեփականատերեր և այլ կարևոր հութի զինյալներ, որոնք գտնվում են Եմենում, Չինաստանում, Միացյալ Արաբական Էմիրություններում և Մարշալյան կղզիներում»,- ասված է նախարարության հայտարարության մեջ։
«Հութիները շարունակում են սպառնալ Կարմիր ծովում ԱՄՆ անձնակազմին և ակտիվներին, հարձակվել մեր դաշնակիցների վրա տարածաշրջանում և խաթարել միջազգային ծովային անվտանգությունը՝ համաձայնեցնելով այն Իրանի ռեժիմի հետ,- հայտարարել է ֆինանսների նախարարության ահաբեկչության և ֆինանսական հետախուզության հարցերով փոխնախարար Ջոն Ք. Հըրլին։ -Մենք կշարունակենք առավելագույն ճնշում գործադրել նրանց վրա, ովքեր սպառնում են Միացյալ Նահանգների և տարածաշրջանի անվտանգությանը»։
Ֆինանսների նախարարությունում հայտարարել են, որ այսօր պատժամիջոցների թիրախում գտնվողները ֆինանսավորում և նպաստում են հութիների ձեռք բերած առաջադեմ ռազմական տեխնիկայի, ներառյալ՝ բալիստիկ հրթիռների բաղադրիչների, թևավոր հրթիռների և անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի ձեռքբերմանը, որոնք նրանք օգտագործում են ԱՄՆ-ի և դաշնակից ուժերի, ինչպես նաև Կարմիր ծովում առևտրային նավերի վրա հարձակվելու համար։
