Թուրքիայի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ, դեսպան Սերդար Քըլըչը հայտարարել է, որ հայկական կողմը դրական է վերաբերվում սահմանի բացմանը, հաղորդում է Anadolu-ն։
«Որոշ նախագծերի իրականացումից առաջ անհրաժեշտ է մի շարք տեխնիկական աշխատանքներ կատարել, իսկ մենք մտադրությունների հետ կապված խնդիր չունենք»,- ասել է նա։
Իգդիր ժամանած Քըլըչը, որը մի շարք հանդիպումներ է ունենալու Հայաստանում, որոշ ժամանակ անցկացրել է նահանգապետ Էրքան Թուրանի գրասենյակում։
Լրագրողների հետ իր հայտարարության մեջ դեսպան Քըլըչը նշել է, որ իր և Հայաստանում հատուկ ներկայացուցչի միջև որոշակի աշխատանքներ են տարվում. «Մենք կքննարկենք այդ հնարավորությունները և կորոշենք, թե ինչ կարելի է անել երկու երկրների, մասնավորապես այս տարածաշրջանի տնտեսական կյանքի համար»։
Նշելով «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» գործունեության կարևորությունը՝ Քըլըչը հավելել է.
«Այս հաղորդակցության գիծը հատկապես կարևոր է։ Զանգեզուրի գիծը կարևոր է ոչ միայն Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի, այլև ամբողջ Կենտրոնական Ասիայի և թյուրքական հանրապետությունների համար՝ նոր հնարավորություններ բացելու առումով։ Թուրքիայի նախագահի հանձնարարականներին համապատասխան՝ կարճաժամկետ հեռանկարում ցանկանում ենք բացել այդ գիծը և նպաստել երկու երկրների տնտեսություններին, մասնավորապես՝ Իգդիրի և Կարսի զարգացմանը»։
Ըստ նրա՝ հայկական կողմը ևս դրական վերաբերմունք ունի այդ հարցերի նկատմամբ։ «Այսօր նրանք հայտարարություն են արել, որ պատրաստ են բացել սահմանը։ Իհարկե, նրանք դրական վերաբերմունք ունեն բոլորի համար օգտակարի նկատմամբ։ Որոշ նախագծեր իրականացնելուց առաջ անհրաժեշտ է մի շարք տեխնիկական աշխատանքներ կատարել, բայց մտադրությունների առումով մենք խնդիրներ չունենք»,- ասել է նա։
Իգդիրի նահանգապետ Էրքան Թուրանը իր հերթին նշել է, որ քաղաքը սահմանակից է երեք երկրների. «Մեր նահանգում այս գործընթացը, ընդհանուր առմամբ, գնահատվում է ոգևորությամբ: Մեր հարգարժան նախագահի ղեկավարությամբ շատ լուրջ և կառուցողական բանակցություններ են վարվել մեր բոլոր սահմանակից հարևանների հետ: Մենք ունենք Ալիջանի սահմանային անցակետը, և վերջերս հիմք դրեցինք Զանգեզուրի միջանցքին միացված 124 կիլոմետրանոց Դիլուջու-Կարս երկաթուղուն»:
Քըլըչը և նրան ուղեկցող պատվիրակությունը Հայաստան կմտնեն Մարգարա-Ալիջանի սահմանային անցակետով և մի շարք հանդիպումներ կունենան Հայաստանի մայրաքաղաք Երևանում, գրում է Anadolu-ն:
