Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ կրկին հաստատել է, որ ամեն գնով մտադիր է Վեհարանից հեռացնել Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոս Գարեգին Բ-ին։ Խորհրդարանում պատասխանելով իշխանական պատգամավորի հարցին, թե «երբ և ինչ միջոցներով են Վեհարանը ազատելու Կտրիճ Ներսիսյանից», Փաշինյանն ասել է, որ եթե պատգամավորը կուլմինացիան նկատի ունի, ապա դա ինքը պատկերացնում է Էջմիածնի կենտրոնական հրապարակում հոգևոր բովանդակությամբ մեծ միջոցառում, որը պետք է լինի այդ գործընթացի կուլմինացիան։ «Եվ մենք հիմա քննարկում ենք ժամկետների, կազմակերպչական և բովանդակային հարցերը»,– հայտարարել է վարչապետը։

Փաշինյանն ասել է, թե վերջին շրջանում ամենաշատ ժամանակը ծախսում է նրա վրա, որ մի շարք հայրենակիցների և գործընկերների ներկայացնում է, որ այս գործընթացի նպատակը ինտրիգը չէ, կադրային հարց լուծելը չէ, նպատակը հոգևոր է։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Էջմիածնի հրապարակում ծրագրվող միջոցառման մասին այսօր որոշ փակագծեր է բացել՝ ասելով, թե դա չի լինելու բոլորին ծանոթ քաղաքական, հեղափոխական միջոցառում։ Դա ունենալու է բացառապես հոգևոր, քրիստոնեական արժեքների, Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու արժեքների վրա հիմնված բովանդակություն։ «Այնտեղ չեն հնչելու քաղաքական կոչեր, քաղաքական ելույթներ»,– ասել է Փաշինյանը՝ նշելով, որ լինելու են հոգևոր բովանդակության ելույթներ։

«Չի լինելու կոմպրոմիս, բացառված է կոմպրոմիս։ Կտրիճ Ներսիսյանը պետք է գնա, և ես ասում եմ՝ ինչքան շուտ գնա, այնքան ավելի լավ։ Չի օգնելու, չի փրկելու ոչ մի բան»,– հայտարարել է Փաշինյանը։

Մեկուկես ամիս ՀԱԵ-ի մասին ոչինչ չգրելով՝ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ իր ծրագրերում ոչինչ չի փոխվել։ Ընդհակառակը, Վեհարանի դեմ գրոհը նա փորձելու է համադրել Վաղարշապատում առաջիկայում կայանալիք ընտրությունների հետ, իսկ իր ասած հավաքն էլ վերածելու է նախընտրական միջոցառման։

Արմավիրի մարզի Վաղարշապատ համայնքում ավագանու ընտրությունները նշանակված են նոյեմբերի 16-ին, իսկ նախընտրական քարոզչության ժամանակահատվածը հոկտեմբերի 22-ից նոյեմբերի 14-ն է ներառյալ։ Թերևս հենց այդ օրերին էլ կարելի է սպասել Փաշինյանի գրոհը Վեհարանի դեմ։
