«Մեր ձևով» շարժման առաջին քայլերը․ Սամվել Կարապետյանի թիմը Տավուշում

Գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի առաջնորդած «Մեր ձևով» շարժման անդամները «Նոր տնտեսություն. աշխատանք բոլորի համար, բարեկեցություն բոլորի համար» ծրագրի շրջանակում այցելել են Տավուշի մարզի Աչաջուր գյուղ՝ Իջևան խոշորացված համայնքի կազմում։ Նրանք շրջայց են կատարել գյուղում, ծանոթացել ենթակառուցվածքներին և զրուցել բնակիչների հետ՝ նրանց հուզող խնդիրների շուրջ։ Գյուղացիները ջերմությամբ ու ոգևորությամբ են ընդունել հյուրերին՝ ներկայացնելով իրենց առօրյա հոգսերը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ դեռևս օգոստոսի 29-ին «Մեր ձևով» շարժման շնորհանդեսի ժամանակ համակարգող Նարեկ Կարապետյանը հայտարարել էր հինգ հիմնական աշխատանքային խմբերի ձևավորման մասին։ Առաջին խումբը կրում է «Նոր տնտեսություն, աշխատանք բոլորի համար, բարեկեցություն բոլորի համար» անունը։ Իսկ Սամվել Կարապետյանը մեկուսարանից հղած իր ուղերձում պատկերավոր նկարագրել էր իշխանությունների անգործությունը՝ նշելով, որ մարզերում աշխատունակ մարդիկ հաճախ ստիպված են անգործ նստել կամ նարդի խաղալ՝ զրկվելով լավ կյանքի մասին նույնիսկ երազելու հնարավորությունից։

Կարապետյանի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանը տարեկան մոտ 4 միլիարդ դոլարով ավելի ապրանք է ներմուծում, քան արտահանում, ինչն իր մեջ պարունակում է մեծ ներուժ նոր արտադրություններ կառուցելու և ներդրումներ ներգրավելու համար։ «Շատ կարճ ժամանակում կարող ենք ներգրավել միջազգային խոշոր ներդրողների, խթանել տեղական բիզնեսը՝ թիրախային պետական աջակցությամբ։ Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում պետք է իրական մրցակցություն ստեղծվի մթերող ընկերությունների միջև, որպեսզի գյուղացին կարողանա իր բերքից շահույթ ստանալ ու ապահովել ընտանիքի բարեկեցությունը։ Մեր գյուղմթերքը կարող է հիմք դառնալ սննդի արդյունաբերության զարգացման համար»,- նշել էր նա։

Շարժման անդամների այցը Տավուշ ուներ նաև խորհրդանշական նշանակություն։ Մինչ մայրաքաղաք Երևանում կենտրոնացած են ֆինանսական ու քաղաքական ռեսուրսները, մարզերը մնացել են երկրորդ պլանում, թեև ՀՀ քաղաքացիների երկու երրորդը ապրում է հենց մարզերում։ Նրանց ձայնը վճռորոշ է լինելու գործող իշխանություններին իշխանությունից հեռացնելու համար։ Նախորդ ընտրություններում Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը ամենացածր արդյունքները ցույց էր տվել Երևանում, մինչդեռ մարզերում կարողացել էր քվեներ ստանալ ընդդիմության պասիվության պատճառով։

Այս համատեքստում Տավուշի առաջին այցելությունը ոչ միայն ընդգծեց «Մեր ձևով» շարժման ուշադրությունը մարզերի սոցիալական խնդիրների նկատմամբ, այլ նաև ցույց տվեց, որ Փաշինյանը նույնիսկ իր ծննդավայրում՝ Իջևանում, չունի այն վստահությունը, որով փորձում է ներկայանալ։

Բոլոր այս զարգացումները վկայում են, որ ճիշտ ու հետևողական աշխատանքի դեպքում Սամվել Կարապետյանի թիմը կարող է իրական այլընտրանք դառնալ՝ Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտը «նիկոլազերծելով» և երկիրը զարգացման ճանապարհին դնելով։
