Մի դրամի ուժը 5 տարեկան է
SOCIETYՍեպտեմբերի 5-ին IDBank-ը և Իդրամը նշեցին ընկերությունների Կորպորատիվ սոցիալական պատասխանատվության «Մի դրամի ուժը» ծրագրի հնգամյակը։ Միջոցառման հյուրերի շարքում էին գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների, բարեգործական հիմնադրամների ներկայացուցիչներ, բարեգործության և սոցիալական պատասխանատվության ոլորտը ներկայացնող անհատներ, «Մի դրամի ուժի» գաղափարով ոգեշնչված մարդիկ։
Միջոցառման բացման խոսքում IDBank-ի և Իդրամի Հաղորդակցության և սոցիալական պատասխանատվության ծրագրերի վարչության ղեկավար Տաթևիկ Վարդևանյանը նշեց, որ արդեն երկար տարիներ է՝ իրականացնում են տարբեր ծրագրեր, որոնք ուղղված են ավելի լավ միջավայր ունենալուն, ինչը ոչ միայն բարեգործություն է, այլ նախ և առաջ պատասխանատվություն։
Այնուհետև ներկաները ծանոթացան ընկերությունների Սոցիալական պատասխանատվության քաղաքականությամբ ամրագրված ուղղությունների հետ․ ֆինանսական կրթություն, թվային գրագիտություն, մարզերի զարգացում, բնապահպանություն, ներառականություն, փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների զարգացում, սոցիալական աջակցություն, աշխատակիցների բարեկեցություն և իրավունքների պաշտպանություն՝ Կորպորատիվ սոցիալական պատասխանատվության ահա այս ոլորտներում են IDBank-ը և Իդրամն աշխատել տարիներ շարունակ և այսուհետ շարունակելու են առավել թիրախային աշխատել։ Ուղղություններն ընտրելիս IDBank և Իդրամ ընկերություններն առաջնորդվել են իրենց կողմից իրականացված հետազոտության արդյունքներով, համաձայն որոնց, հենց այս ոլորտներում է հասարակությունն ընկերություններից ակնկալում դրական փոփոխություններ։
Միջոցառման երկրորդ հատվածում ներկայացվեցին վերջին 5 տարում «Մի դրամի ուժի» շնորհիվ կյանքի կոչված ծրագրերն ու Ընկերությունների ԿՍՊ այլ նախաձեռնությունների արդյունքները, որոնց շարքում են արցախցիներին ուղղված «Կողք կողքի» աջակցության ծրագիրը, «Ֆինանսապես գրագետ Իդրամի և IDBank-ի հետ» ֆինանսական գրագիտության արշավը, «Բարին գործենք» նախաձեռնությունը․ ավելի քան 500 000 000 դրամ, 10-ից ավելի ոլորտ, տասնյակ հիմանդրամներ, հարյուրավոր ծրագրեր՝ թվեր, որոնց հետևում մարդկային ճակատագրեր ու հաջողության պատմություններ են։
Օրվա գլխավոր քննարկման՝ «Մի դրամի ուժը 5 տարեկան է» խորագրով պանելայինի ընթացքում զրուցակիցները խոսեցին Կորպորատիվ սոցիալական պատասխանատվության գաղափարի և այս համատեքստում «Մի դրամի ուժի» ազդեցության ու դերի մասին։
Միջոցառման եզրափակիչ ելույթում Իդրամի տնօրեն Արսեն Քդենյանը նշեց, որ Իդրամի գործունեության հիմքում մշտապես եղել է ոչ միայն տեխնոլոգիական զարգացումն ու բիզնես շահը, այլև հասարակությանն օգտակար լինելու գաղափարը․ «Մենք հավատում ենք, որ բիզնեսի իրական արժեքը չափվում է ոչ միայն ցուցանիշներով, այլև նրանով, թե ինչ ազդեցություն է այն թողնում մարդկանց կյանքում։ Իդրամ ընկերության կողմից իրականացված ծրագրերը և հատկապես Մի դրամի ուժը հենց այդ համոզմունքի իրեղեն ապացույցն է»։
IDBank-ի վարչության նախագահ Մհեր Աբրահամյանն իր խոսքում շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ներկաներին, հաճախորդներին, գործընկերներին ու թիմին՝ մեկ դրամի ուժի գաղափարին հավատալու և ամեն օր այն իրականություն դարձնելու համար․ «Մենք այսօր ներկայացրեցինք Սոցիալական պատասխանատվության մեր հիմնական ուղղությունները։ Հավատում ենք, որ քայլ առ քայլ, կատարելով ներդրումներ հենց այն ոլորտներում, որտեղ մարդիկ սպասում են մեզ, կկարողանանք իսկապես դեպի լավը փոխել մեր երկիրը, մեր հասարակությունը», - նշեց Մհեր Աբրահամյանը։
