SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով սեպտեմբերի 3-ին, վիճաբանություն և ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 22։30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նոր Նորքի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Բաղյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկում ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունենում։ Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն մեկնել է ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ ավագ համայնքային ոստիկանի գլխավորությամբ։ Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ նույն օրը ժամը 21։30-ի սահմաններում նշված հասցեում վիճաբանության ժամանակ Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչներ 45-ամյա Նաիրի Ն․-ն, 38-ամյա Նարեկ Ն․-ն և 26-ամյա Ալբերտ  Վ․-ն հարվածներ են հասցրել Երևանի բնակիչ 24-ամյա Հովհաննես Ս․-ի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք, այդ ընթացքում Նարեկ Ն․-ն մկրատով ցանկացել է վնասել Հովհաննես Ս․-ին։ Նույն օրը ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ «որովայնի առաջնային պատի կտրած ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ «Հրազդան» բժշկական կենտրոն բուժօգնության է դիմել Ալբերտ Վ․-ն, ով բժիշկներին հայտնել է, որ նշված վնասվածքը ստացել է նույն օրը Նոր Նորքի 3-րդ զանգվածում դանակահարվելու հետևանքով։ Ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ Նաիրի Ն․-ին, Նարեկ Ն․-ին և Ալբերտ Վ․-ին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։ Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին։
