«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
politnavigator.news–ը «ԱՄՆ-ում հայտարարել են Ռուսաստանին Չինաստանից և Կենտրոնական Ասիայից դուրս մղելու ծրագրերի մասին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հաշտեցումը օգտակար է ԱՄՆ-ին՝ Տրանսկասպյան (Միջին) միջանցքի միջոցով ռեսուրսներով հարուստ Կենտրոնական Ասիայում իր ազդեցությունը ընդլայնելու համար։ Այդ մասին Հելսինկյան հանձնաժողովի նիստում հայտարարել է Կասպյան քաղաքականության կենտրոնի ավագ գիտաշխատող Էրիկ Ռուդենշիոլդը։ «Ռուսաստանի «Հյուսիսային միջանցքի» փոխարեն «Միջին միջանցքը» Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տնտեսական անկախության ուղին է, որը, հավանաբար, ի հայտ չէր գա, եթե չլիներ Ուկրաինայում պատերազմը։ Այս նոր առևտրային ուղին ճանապարհային, երկաթուղային և ծովային ճանապարհների բազմամոդալ ցանց է, որը Կենտրոնական Ասիան կապում է Եվրոպայի հետ Կասպից ծովի և Հարավային Կովկասի միջոցով»,– ասել է նա։
Այս երթուղով բեռնափոխադրումների ծավալը շարունակում է արագ աճել, քանի որ կառավարություններն ու ներդրողները փնտրում են Ռուսաստանից անկախ այլընտրանքային ուղիներ։ Սակայն «Միջին միջանցքը» միայն տրանսպորտային նախագիծ չէ։ «Սա ռազմավարական քայլ է Ռուսաստանի գերիշխանության դեմ, չինական մենաշնորհի հակակշիռ և տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության և, վերջին հաշվով, ինքնիշխանության հարթակ։ Սակայն այս երթուղու լիարժեք ներուժն իրացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է կայունություն Հարավային Կովկասում: Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացը Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի կողմնակի ազդեցությունն էր, որը թույլ տվեց Բաքվին և Երևանին բանակցել առանց Ռուսաստանի միջամտության։ Ներկայում բեռնափոխադրումներն իրականացվում են երկաթուղով Ադրբեջանի և Վրաստանի միջով, և եթե ավելացվի երկրորդ, վերականգնված երկաթուղային գիծ, Միջին միջանցքի թողունակությունը կկրկնապատկվի, ինչը կարևոր ներդրում կլինի խաղաղության համար: ԱՄՆ-ի ներգրավվածությունն այստեղ ոչ միայն դիվանագիտական քայլ է, այլ նաև կարևոր ներդրում՝ Եվրոպայից մինչև Կենտրոնական Ասիա ձգվող ավելի կայուն տնտեսական ցանց ստեղծելու գործում», - դատողություններ է արել նա։
«Անկախ Կենտրոնական Ասիան զսպող գործոն է, որը սահմանափակում է Ռուսաստանի ազդեցությունը, այլընտրանք է ապահովում չինական վերահսկողությանը և պահպանում է համաշխարհային առևտրի անվտանգությունը: Այն հիմք է ստեղծում ԱՄՆ-ի ավելի սերտ համագործակցության և ներդրումների նոր դարաշրջանի համար։ Կենտրոնական Ասիան առատ է նավթով, բնական գազով, ուրանով, ռազմավարական հանքանյութերով և հազվագյուտ հողային տարրերով, ինչը բացում է Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ համագործակցության հնարավորություններ», - ասել է Ռուդենշիոլդը։
