«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Մարզերի դպրոցներում մտահոգիչ պատկեր է։ Մի կողմից՝ լուծարվում և միավորվում են գյուղական համայնքների դպրոցները, մյուս կողմից՝ մարզային որոշ դպրոցներ՝ հատկապես գյուղական համայնքներում գտնվող, չունեն առաջին դասարանցիներ կամ նրանց թիվը շատ քիչ է, կարող է անգամ լինել մեկ առաջին դասարանցի։
Կրթության ոլորտի փորձագետ Ատոմ Մխիթարյանն ասում է, որ, ցավոք, Հայաստանի կրթական քաղաքականությունը, օրենսդրական դաշտը մեծ դպրոցների համար է, ինչը ձևավորում է անարդարություն: Սա հատկապես ցցուն է երևում մարզերում, առավել ևս՝ սահմանամերձ, բարձրլեռնային բնակավայրերում: Նշելով, որ գյուղերի դպրոցներից եկած երեխաները մեծամասամբ ավելի պատրաստված են լինում, փորձագետը արձանագրում է, որ այդ պոտենցիալը կորցնելով՝ ըստ էության, մեր ժողովրդի պոտենցիալն ենք զրոյացնում։ Պետք է հստակ քաղաքականություն մշակվի փոքր և միջին դպրոցների համար, կարծում է նա:
Ինչ վերաբերում է գյուղական համայնքներում դպրոցների փակմանը, ապա Մխիթարյանը դա պարզապես անթույլատրելի է համարում, քանի որ դա կարող է նպաստել փոքր գյուղերից դեպի ավելի մեծ գյուղեր և քաղաքներ արտագաղթին։ «Դպրոց փակելն ամենամեծ հանցագործությունն է։ Դպրոցներ փակում են այն երկրներում, որտեղ իշխողները տվյալ երկրի թշնամին են։ Օրինակ՝ Հայաստանը տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներում գտնվել է կայսրությունների տիրապետության տակ, նրանք փակել են հայկական դպրոցները։ Բայց երբ սեփական իշխանությունը փակում է նույնիսկ փոքր դպրոցները, նշանակում է՝ այդ համայնքներին, բնակավայրերին դատապարտում է դատարկման։ Հիմա միավորում են փոքր դպրոցները, մի քանի տարի հետո այդ բնակավայրերում մարդ չի մնա, որովհետև փոքր գյուղերում միակ աշխատող հիմնարկը շատ դեպքերում դպրոցն է, դպրոցը հանեցիր, գյուղը կդատարկվի»,-ասում է նա։
