Արման Թաթոյանի նշած խնդիրները իրապես ակտուալ են․ որերորդ անգամն է՝ ադրբեջանական պետական հեռուստաընկերությունը ՀՀ տարածքը կոչում է «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան»։ Այս մասին իր թելեգրամյան ալիքում գրել է ադրբեջանագետ Տաթև Հայրապետյանը։

«Օրեր առաջ Արման Թաթոյանի գրառումը «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» զավթողական հայեցակարգի և դրանով պայմանավորված որոշ քայլերի մասին բուռն քննարկումների առիթ դարձավ, որի հետևանքով իշխանական որոշ ներկայացուցիչներ ամենատգեղ բառապաշարով սկսեցին թիրախավորել Թաթոյանին։ Թաթոյանի բարձրացրած թեմային անդրադարձել է նաև ադրբեջանական պետական «AZ TV» հեռուստաընկերությունը՝ կադրեր ցուցադրելով և ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցելով, որ նախկին ՄԻՊ-ի նշած խնդիրները իրապես ակտուալ են։ Նրանք ինչ-որ թղթեր են շրջանառում, ինչ-որ «վերադարձի» հայեցակարգեր մշակում՝ այդ ամենը իրականացնելով պետական հովանավորությամբ։ Այս թեման ինձ ևս քաջածանոթ է. ինքս մանրամասն հետազոտություն եմ իրականացրել՝ ցույց տալով, որ ՀՀ տարածքը «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» անունով կոչելը հստակ զավթողական կոնցեպտ է և արդեն ներառվել է կրթական համակարգում։

Սա զրոյից ստեղծված, առանց որևէ պատմական հիմքի տերմին է, որը Իլհամ Ալիևը շրջանառության մեջ է դրել 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 24-ից ի վեր՝ հայտարարելով.

«Ներկայիս Հայաստանը մեր հողն է... Ե՞րբ է հայ ժողովուրդը տեղափոխվել մեր հողեր։ Սա բոլորս հիանալի գիտենք։ Ե՞րբ են նրանք տեղափոխվել Ղարաբաղ։ Ե՞րբ են տեղափոխվել Զանգեզուր։ Ո՞ւմ կողմից են դրանք փոխանցվել. ինչպես և ինչ նպատակով։ Այս ամենը մենք շատ լավ գիտենք։ Նրանք երբեք պետություն չեն ունեցել այս տարածքում՝ Հարավային Կովկասում... Ուստի մենք պետք է այս փաստերը ներկայացնենք կենտրոնացված և կազմակերպված, ճիշտ ձևով։ Եվ ես վստահ եմ, որ մենք դրան հասնելու ենք»։

Հիմա՝ սրա դեմ կազմակերպված պայքարելու և սրա վերաբերյալ հստակ ու աներկբա քաղաքական գնահատականներ հնչեցնելու փոխարեն, ՀՀ իշխանությունները ոչ միայն կոծկում ու թաքցնում են այս վտանգավոր զավթողական հայեցակարգը, այլ՝ ավելին՝ թիրախավորում են բոլոր այն մարդկանց ու մասնագետներին, որոնք փաստերով ցույց են տալիս ռիսկերը։ Այստեղ ոչ տագնապ սերմանելու խնդիր կա, ոչ էլ եղածը ուռճացնելու։ Կա պարզ բան՝ զուգահեռ իրականության մեջ մշակվում է ՀՀ-ի դեմ ուղղված զավթողական ծրագիր։ Դա արվում է բաց, անթաքույց, և դրա դեմ կարելի է պայքարել, ավելին՝ պետք է ուղղել հենց Ադրբեջանի դեմ։ Բայց դրա փոխարեն այդ ամենը կամ կոծկվում է, կամ անհարկի ու տգետ համեմատության մեջ է դրվում Արցախի թեմայի հետ՝ դրանով իսկ միս ու արյուն տալով զրոյից ստեղծված այս զավթողական հայեցակարգին։ Սա է խորքային խնդիրը՝ պատշաճ ու կազմակերպված աշխատանք չի իրականացվում այս ամենը կանխելու համար։ Իսկ սա արդեն որերորդ անգամն է, որ ադրբեջանական պետական հեռուստաընկերությունը ՀՀ տարածքը կոչում է «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան», իսկ Հ1-ի եթերում դեռ որոշ «փորձագետներ» քարոզում են, թե այդ թեման փակվել է օգոստոսի 8-ի վաշինգտոնյան հանդիպումից հետո։ Լավ, ո՞րքան կարելի է կեղծիքի մեջ ապրել ու համոզել, որ դա իրականություն է։ Եթե իրողությունը տեսնես ու ընկալես, դրա դեմ պայքարը շատ ավելի դյուրին ու արդյունավետ կլինի։ Ինքնախաբեությունը այս հարցի ամենավատ լուծումն է»,-գրել է նա։
