Վերջին հաղորդագրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմը դիտարկում է ամերիկյան մասնավոր ռազմական կապալառուների օգտագործումը հետպատերազմյան Ուկրաինայում։ Աղբյուրները The Guardian-ին հայտնել են, որ «ահաբեկչության դեմ պատերազմի» դարաշրջանի ամենահայտնի և հակասական ամերիկացիներից մեկը՝ Էրիկ Փրինսը, արդեն հետաքրքրություն է ցուցաբերում երկրում բիզնեսով զբաղվելու համար։
Փրինսը՝ այժմ չգործող Blackwater մասնավոր ռազմական ընկերության (ՄՌԸ) հիմնադիրը և Թրամփի MAGA շարժման հետևորդը, ակտիվորեն առաջ է մղում իր ծառայությունները և հնարավորություններ փնտրում ընկերություններ ձեռք բերելու համար։
Աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, նա թիրախավորել է ուկրաինական անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի (ԱԹՍ) ոլորտը և բանակցություններ է վարում ոլորտի առաջատար դերակատարների հետ՝ դիտարկելով Ուկրաինայում ներկայություն ունեցող ԱԹՍ արտադրողներ գնելու հնարավորությունը։ Ուկրաինացիների համար նման ընկերություններն այժմ ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեն։
Նրա գործողությունները համընկնում են օգոստոսին Կրեմլի և Ուկրաինայի կառավարության միջև միջնորդելու Թրամփի փորձերի հետ, որոնք, սակայն, դիվանագիտական արդյունքներ առայժմ չեն տվել։
«ԱԹՍ-ները դարձել են կոնֆլիկտի առանցքային զենքը՝ պատասխանատու լինելով Ռուսաստանի կորուստների մոտ 80%-ի համար, ինչը գրավել է արևմտյան ներդրողներին և պաշտպանական ընկերություններին, որոնք ցանկանում են հասանելիություն ունենալ դաշտային տվյալներին և նոր տեխնոլոգիաներին։
Փրինսը ձգտում է օգտվել այս հնարավորությունից, ինչը զարմանալի չէ կապալառուի համար, որը հայտնի է շահույթին ուղղվածությամբ և Թրամփի վարչակազմի հետ կապերով», - գրում է բրիտանական պարբերականը։
Ավելի վաղ Փրինսը մասնակցել է Հաիթիում «մարդասպան դրոնների» շուրջ վիճահարույց ծրագրին և հարյուրավոր մարտիկներ է ուղարկել իր Vectus Global նոր ընկերության միջոցով։
2020 թվականին նա Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկուն բազմամիլիարդանոց ծրագիր էր առաջարկել Դոնբասում կոնֆլիկտը կարգավորելու համար՝ օգտագործելով իր մասնավոր բանակը, սակայն գործարքը չի կայացել։ Նրա հեղինակությունը ոլորտում բարդացրել են նախորդ նախագծերը, ներառյալ չինական վարձկանների ընկերության հիմնումը և Blackwater-ի հետ կապված սկանդալները։
Պենտագոնը նույնպես հետաքրքրություն է ցուցաբերում ուկրաինական ԱԹՍ արտադրողների նկատմամբ՝ ապագա ռազմական կոնֆլիկտներն ուսումնասիրելու համար։ Պենտագոնի ղեկավար Փիթ Հեգսեթը հայտարարել է անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի զանգվածային ներդրման և կորպորացիաների հետ համագործակցելու անհրաժեշտության մասին։ Ուկրաինայում պատերազմը գրավել է ինչպես ոլորտի նոր, այնպես էլ նախկին առաջնորդների ուշադրությունը, ներառյալ Էրիկ Շմիդտին և գեներալ Դեյվիդ Պետրեուսին։
