Team-ի բաժանորդները զանգերի կենտրոն դիմելիս կկարողանան նույնականացում անցնել imID-ի Mobile ID-ով և խնայել ժամանակ

Team Telecom Armenia-ն և imID-ն ներկայացնում են նոր հնարավորություն, որը բաժանորդների սպասարկումը դարձնում է էլ ավելի արագ ու հարմար։
Այսուհետ Team-ի այն բաժանորդները, որոնք ունեն Mobile ID, կարող են դիմել զանգերի կենտրոն՝ 100 համարով և նույնականացումն անցնել մուտքագրելով Mobile ID-ի իրենց գաղտնաբառը։ Դա նշանակում է, որ այլևս անհրաժեշտ չէ հեռախոսազանգի ընթացքում փոխանցել անձնագրային կամ այլ տվյալներ․ նույնականացումը տեղի է ունենում մի քանի վայրկյանում՝ ապահովելով ոչ միայն ժամանակի խնայողություն, այլև տվյալների առավելագույն պաշտպանություն։
Ծրագրային ապահովումն ամբողջությամբ իրականացրել է Team ընկերությունների խմբի Team Solutions ընկերությունը Հայաստանում թվային ինքնության և վստահության ծառայություններ մատուցող imID ընկերության հետ համատեղ՝ նորարարական այս լուծումն ինտեգրելով զանգերի կենտրոնի լուծմանը:
«Մեր նպատակն է, որ յուրաքանչյուր բաժանորդի փորձը Team-ում լինի հնարավորինս հարմարավետ և վստահելի։ Նոր գործառույթի շնորհիվ մենք կարողանում ենք հաճախորդներին առաջարկել արագ սպասարկում՝ առանց անձնական տվյալների վերաբերյալ հավելյալ հարցումների։ Նույնականացումը կատարվում է imID-ի միջոցով, ինչը երաշխավորում է ոչ միայն արագ սպասարկում, այլև բաժանորդների անձնական տվյալների լիարժեք պաշտպանություն։ Սա խնայում է մեր բաժանորդների ժամանակը և բարձրացնում է սպասարկման արդյունավետությունը»,-նշում է Team Telecom Armenia-ի հաճախորդների սպասարկման տնօրեն Լիլիթ Առուշանյանը։
