2025 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 5-ին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում տեղի կունենա ՀԱՊԿ-ին առընթեր մշտական և լիազոր ներկայացուցիչների աշխատանքային հանդիպումը ՀԱՊԿ Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների խորհրդարանների լիազոր ներկայացուցիչների և ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ քարտուղարության հետ:
Քննարկման հիմնական թեմաները են ՀԱՊԿ կանոնադրական մարմինների և ՀԱՊԿ Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի փոխգործակցության պրակտիկան և ուղղությունները, ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում կնքված միջազգային պայմանագրերի վավերացման ընթացքը, ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների ազգային օրենսդրության մերձեցման և ներդաշնակեցման 2026-2030 թվականների ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ գործունեության ծրագրի նախագծի ձևավորումը, Միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ փոխգործակցություն և ՀԱՊԿ դիտորդների ու գործընկերների թվի ընդլայնումը, ՀԱՊԿ Մշտական խորհրդի անդամների մասնակցությունը խորհրդարանների միջազգային հարաբերությունների, պաշտպանության և անվտանգության կոմիտեների նախագահների՝ 2026 թվականի փետրվարին Մոսկվայում կայանալիք խորհրդակցությանը, ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ ինստիտուցիոնալացման ընթացիկ հարցերը և ՀԱՊԿ Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի մասին համաձայնագրի նախագծի ընդունման ընթացքը:
