Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը սեպտեմբերի 4-ին բացման խոսքով է հանդես եկել «Հը՞, մամ, ինչպե՞ս է դրախտում» ազատազրկված կանանց պատմությունների ժողովածուի շնորհանդեսին:
ՄԻՊ-ի աշխատակազմի փոխանցմամբ՝ ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ Անահիտ Մանասյանը նշել է, որ ժողովածուն կարևոր նախաձեռնություն է, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս լսելի դարձնել ազատությունից զրկված կանանց պատմությունները, փոխել նշված անձանց վերաբերելի հասարակական ընկալումները։
«Մենք հաճախ տեսնում ենք վիճակագրություն, թվեր ու իրավական փաստեր, սակայն դրանց ետևում կանգնած են իրական մարդիկ՝ իրենց զգացմունքներով, ապրումներով, հույզերով ու ճակատագրերով։
Ազատությունից զրկված լինելը չպետք է որպես խարան ընկալվի, իսկ ազատազրկված անձանց վերաբերյալ մեր հասարակությունում առկա ընկալումները պետք է վերափոխվեն: Հանցանքի կատարման արդյունքում վրա հասնող պատասխանատվության իրացումը պետք է զուգահեռաբար ենթադրի նաև ազատությունից զրկված անձանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության պատշաճ մեխանիզմների գործարկում: Մեր հաստատությունը շարունակելու է իր աշխատանքը՝ ուղղված ազատությունից զրկված անձանց հիմնախնդիրների բարձրաձայնմանը և պետությանը դրանց լուծմանն ուղղված առաջարկների ներկայացմանը։ Միայն բոլորիս համատեղ ջանքերով կարող ենք լուծել ոլորտում առկա խնդիրները»,- նշել է Պաշտպանը:
Բացման խոսքով հանդես են եկել նաև ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Գևորգ Քոչարյանը, Հայաստանում Չեխիայի Հանրապետության, Նիդերլանդների Թագավորության, Կանադայի արտաքին և լիազոր դեսպանները, Եվրոպական միության հայաստանյան պատվիրակության քաղաքական և տեղեկատվության բաժնի ղեկավարի տեղակալը:
Միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են պետական կառույցների, Հայաստանում դիվանագիտական առաքելությունների, տեղական և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, շահառու խմբերի և շահագրգիռ այլ կողմերի ներկայացուցիչներ։
«Հը՞, մամ, ինչպե՞ս է դրախտում» ազատազրկված կանանց պատմությունների ժողովածուի ստեղծման պատմությունը ներկայացրել է «Իրավական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոն» ՀԿ-ի նախագահ Նարե Հովհաննիսյանը:
Նշենք, որ ժողովածուի մեջ ներառված է նաև Պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանի ներածական խոսքը:
«Հը՞, մամ, ինչպե՞ս է դրախտում» ժողովածուն հրապարակվել է «Դիմադրության ձայներ. ճաղերից այն կողմ գտնվող կանանց պատմությունները» ծրագրի շրջանակում, որն իրականացնում է «Իրավական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոն» ՀԿ-ն՝ Չեխիայի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության «Անցումային առաջխաղացում» ծրագրի աջակցությամբ։
