ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն ադրբեջանական ինքնաթիռի կործանմանն առնչվող ապահովագրության չվճարման մասին տեղեկությունը կեղծիք է անվանել

Մի շարք լրատվամիջոցներ, ինչպես նաև Блогосфере թելեգրամյան ալիքում ապահովագրական միջոցների չվճարման մասին կեղծ տեղեկություններ են տարածվում՝ 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 25-ին Ղազախստանի Ակտաու քաղաքի մոտ «Ադրբեջանական ավիաուղիներ» ավիաընկերության ուղևորատար ինքնաթիռի կործանման առնչությամբ։ Տարածվող կեղծիքի մասին ասված է Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության հայտարարության մեջ։
«Մենք գործ ունենք ողբերգության վերաբերյալ հերթական սպեկուլյացիայի հետ՝ տխրահռչակ ցինիկ ոճով, որը նախատեսված է լսարանի հուզական արձագանքի համար։
Նման զրպարտությունները չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Դա կեղծիք է։
Իրականում իրավիճակը հետևյալն է.
2025 թվականի փետրվարից ի վեր ռուսական «АльфаСтрахование» ապահովագրական ընկերությունը ապահովագրական վճարումներ է կատարում «Ադրբեջանական ավիաուղիներ» ավիաընկերության ինքնաթիռի (Բաքու-Գրոզնի չվերթ) վթարի կապակցությամբ։ Ադրբեջանական ավիաընկերությանը վճարվել է ինքնաթիռի ապահովագրական փոխհատուցում՝ ապահովագրված ամբողջական արժեքի չափով՝ 1,003 միլիարդ ռուբլի։
Թռիչքի 62 ուղևորներից 46-ի վնասվածքներին և մահվանն առնչվող պահանջները լիովին կարգավորվել են, ներառյալ՝ վճարումները կատարվել են ամբողջությամբ՝ Ռուսաստանի 15 քաղաքացիներից 7-ի, Ադրբեջանի 38 քաղաքացիներից 35-ի, Ղրղզստանի բոլոր 3 քաղաքացիների և Ղազախստանի 6 քաղաքացիներից 1-ի համար։
Մինչ օրս ապահովագրական վճարումներ են կատարվել ինքնաթիռի վիրավոր ուղևորներին և մահացածների հարազատներին՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ 358,4 միլիոն ռուբլու չափով։
Շարունակվում է աշխատանքը տուժածների և մահացածների հարազատների հետ՝ փոխհատուցման չափերի համաձայնեցմամբ՝ ամբողջական փոխհատուցման նպատակով։
Մի շարք լրատվամիջոցների և բլոգերների կողմից հանրությանը այս զգայուն հարցի վերաբերյալ մոլորեցնելու փորձերը կասկած չեն թողնում դրանց հեղինակների և դրանց հետևում կանգնածների կործանարար մտադրությունների և բարոյական կողմնորոշիչների լիակատար բացակայության վերաբերյալ։
