Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է հարյուր հազարավոր ադրբեջանցիների վերաբնակեցնել Հայաստանում

Ադրբեջանում պաշտոնապես հայտարարել են, որ արդեն ավարտել են Հայաստան բնակության գալու համար 100,000-ից ավելի, այսպես կոչված, «արևմտյան ադրբեջանցիների» գրանցումը, և գրանցումը շարունակվում է։ Հայաստանի Մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանի խոսքով, ադրբեջանական իշխանությունը նույն կերպ շարունակում է առաջ տանել «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» ծրագիրը, որի անվան տակ ենթադրվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ամբողջ տարածքը։
«Այս ծրագրի վերջնական նպատակն է Հայաստանում ժողովրդագրական պատկերի կտրուկ փոփոխությունը և Հայաստանի ամբողջական զավթմանը հասնելը։ Ընդ որում, ըստ պաշտոնական տվյալների՝ օրական 250-300 հոգի մոտենում են «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» կազմակերպության գրասենյակ և ցանկություն հայտնում կամավոր գրանցվել։ Առավել վտանգն այն է, որ գրանցում են ոչ միայն 1988-1991 թթ. Հայաստանից գնացածներին, այլ նաև դրանից առաջ «տեղահանվածների» ժառանգներին»,- նշել է Թաթոյանն ու հավելել, թե «սա հերթական ապացույցն է, որ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունը նպատակ չունի դադարեցնել Հայաստանը զավթելու քաղաքականությունը, և դա կշարունակվի այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ ՀՀ-ում կա իշխանություն, որը քաղաքական իշխանության մնալը պետության շահերից վեր է դասում, քանի դեռ Հայաստանում հաստատված է անձնիշխանություն և կուսակցապետություն»։
Ադրբեջանի Միլլի Մեջլիսի պատգամավոր, այսպես կոչված «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան համայնքի» «նախագահ» Ազիզ Ալեքպեռլին էլ հայտարարել է, թե այսօր Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան վերադառնալու գաղափարը Ադրբեջանում ազգային գաղափար է։ «Այսօր Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան վերադառնալու գաղափարը Ադրբեջանում ազգային գաղափար է, մեր հայրենակիցների իրավունքը՝ հիմնված միջազգային իրավունքի վրա, և մի հարց, որը համապատասխանում է ոչ միայն ադրբեջանական, այլև հայ ժողովրդի շահերին։ Որովհետև Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանից փախստականների վերադարձն իրենց հայրենի հողեր՝ Հայաստանում, երկու երկրների և երկու ժողովուրդների միջև վստահության կայունության պայման և երաշխիք է»,- հայտարարել է ադրբեջանցի պատգամավորը։
