ՄԱԿ-ի միջուկային վերահսկողության գործակալության գաղտնի զեկույցում, որը տարածվել է անդամ պետություններին, ըստ Associated Press-ի, ասվում է, որ Իրանը մինչև հունիսի 13-ին Իսրայելի հարձակւմ ից առաջ հարստացված ուրանի պաշարները մեծացրել էր մինչև զենքի համար նախատեսված մակարդակի։
Վիեննայում տեղակայված Ատոմային էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալության (ԱԷՄԳ) զեկույցում նշվում է, որ հունիսի 13-ի դրությամբ Իրանն ուներ 440,9 կիլոգրամ ուրան, որը հարստացված է մինչև 60%, ինչը 32,3 կիլոգրամով ավելի է, քան ԱԷՄԳ -ի մայիսյան վերջին զեկույցում արձանագրված տվյալները։
Զեկույցում նշվում է, որ այդ թիվը «հիմնված է Իրանի տրամադրած տեղեկությունների, գործակալության 2025 թվականի մայիսի 17-ից մինչև հունիսի 12-ը (ռազմական հարձակումների սկսվելուց մեկ օր առաջ) ստուգողական գործունեության և կայանների անցյալի շահագործման վրա հիմնված գնահատականների»։ Այդ նյութը փոքր տեխնիկական առաջընթաց է 90%-անոց զենքի համար նախատեսված մակարդակի համեմատ։
Գաղտնի զեկույցում նշվում է նաև, որ Իրանը և ԱԷՄԳ-ն հունիսին Իսրայելի և ԱՄՆ-ի ռմբակոծությունների հետևանքով վնասված վայրերի ստուգումները վերսկսելու վերաբերյալ համաձայնության չեն եկել։
Պատերազմից հետո ստուգված միակ օբյեկտը Բուշերի ատոմակայանն էր, որը գործում է Ռուսաստանի տեխնիկական օգնությամբ։
ԱԷՄԳ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռաֆայել Գրոսին հայտարարել է, որ «գործակալությանը լիարժեք ստուգումները վերսկսելու համար անհրաժեշտ է անհապաղ տեխնիկական միջոցներ մշակել»,- ասված է զեկույցում։
Զեկույցում նշվում նաև է, որ չնայած պատերազմի ընթացքում ՄԱԿ-ի տեսուչների Իրանից դուրսբերումը «անհրաժեշտ էր՝ հաշվի առնելով ընդհանուր անվտանգության իրավիճակը», Թեհրանի հետագա որոշումը՝ դադարեցնել ԱԷՄԳ-ի հետ համագործակցությունը, «խորապես ցավալի է»։ Հունիսի 13-ի դրությամբ Իրանի հարստացված ուրանի ընդհանուր պաշարը կազմել է 9,874,9 կիլոգրամ, ինչը 627,3 կիլոգրամով ավելի է մայիսին վերջին վերաբեռնումից, ասված է զեկույցում։
ԱԷՄԳ-ն հայտարարել է, որ հունիսի 13-ից ի վեր չի կարողացել Իրանի՝ նախկինում հայտարարագրած պաշարների փոփոխությունները տեղում հավաքելու և ստուգելու և անհրաժեշտ գնահատականի համար գործողություններ իրականացնել:
ԱԷՄԳ-ի տվյալներով՝ մինչև 90% հարստացված մոտ 60% ուրան տեսականորեն բավարար է մեկ ատոմային ռումբ պատրաստելու համար։ ԱԷՄԳ-ն հայտարարել է նաև, որ տեսուչները երկուսուկես ամսից ավելի չեն կարողացել Իրանի միջուկային մոտ պաշարները ստուգել, ինչը որակվել է որպես «լուրջ մտահոգության առարկա»։
