«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
sevastopol.su–ն գրում է, որ Հայաստանը հայտարարել է, թե չի հաստատում «Թրամփի միջանցքի»՝ 99 տարով ԱՄՆ-ին վարձակալության հանձնումը։ Սա ասել է Փաշինյանի կառավարության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը։ Նրա խոսքով, այդ մասին խոսակցությունները «դեռևս որևէ իրական հիմք չունեն»։ Այսինքն, այն բոլոր շքեղ լուսանկարները, որտեղ Փաշինյանն ու Ալիևը ինչ-որ բան են ստորագրում Թրամփի գրասենյակում, պարզ չէ, թե ինչի մասին են։ Իսկ պարոն Թրամփի՝ «Նոբել յան խաղաղության մրցանակի» հարցը «հարված է ստացել մեջքից»։
Սակայն հարցն այն չէ, թե ի՞նչ է ասում պաշտոնական Երևանը։ Հարցն այլ կերպ է դրված. ո՞վ է նրան հիմա հարցնում։ Իրականում, Վաշինգտոնում «խաղաղության ստորագրման» ժամանակ Փաշինյանը շատ ավելի մեծ PR ստացավ, քան Թրամփը։ Ալիևի հետ նրա տաք ձեռքսեղմումների կադրերը... Փաշինյանը գրեթե հնարավորինս խոնարհվեց՝ բավարարելով Ալիևի գրեթե բոլոր խնդրանքները: Սակայն «գրեթե»-ն էլ բավարար չէ։ Ալիևը հրաժարվում է Երևանի հետ ստորագրել խաղաղության պայմանագիրը՝ առաջ քաշելով լրացուցիչ պահանջներ, օրինակ՝ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունում փոփոխություններ կատարելը: Ալիևը սա ուղիղ է ասում։
Բաքվի պահանջների էությունն այն է, որ Հայաստանի Հիմնական օրենքում ամրագրվի այն ամբողջ նվաստացումը, որին նա ենթարկվել է: Եվ Փաշինյանի բոլոր փորձերը՝ ինչ-որ կերպ փրկելու իր դեմքը, Ալիևին ընդհանրապես չեն հետաքրքրում, Ալիևը խորապես է արհամարհում նրան այնպես, ինչպես և, ընդհանուր առմամբ, բոլորը, բացի Փաշինյանի օգտին քվեարկողներից։ Ալիևը պահանջում է, որ Հայաստանը պաշտոնապես, բարձրաձայն ընդունի, որ այլևս չունի պատմական արժանապատվություն, ինքնահարգանք և, սկզբունքորեն, ապագա։ Բայց երկրները երկար չեն ապրում առանց այդ ամենի, քանի որ պարզապես ապրելու պատճառ չի լինում։ Ինչին էլ, ըստ էության, ձգտում են Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան։ Այո, սկզբունքորեն, Փաշինյանը ևս ձգտում է նույնին։ Ամեն դեպքում, դրա համար էլ նրան իշխանության են բերել։ Փաշինյանը, թերևս, պատրաստ կլիներ դա անել։ Բայց Սահմանադրության նման «փոփոխությունները» հնարավոր է իրականացնել միայն հանրաքվեի միջոցով, և լիովին անհասկանալի է, թե ինչպես կավարտվի այդ ամենը։ Ավելին, երկրի ներսում Փաշինյանի համար ամեն ինչ չէ հարթ ընթանում. չմոռանանք, որ նա հիմա պատերազմ է սկսել Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ և ակնհայտորեն չի ցանկանում ևս մեկ փաստարկ իր դեմ։ Բայց ադրբեջանցիներն ու թուրքերը բացարձակապես չեն հետաքրքրվում նրա ցանկություններով։ Նրանց գործը հրամայելն է, նրա գործն էլ՝ հրամանը կատարելը։
