Խորհրդարանական առաջիկա ընտրություններին ընդառաջ գործող իշխանություններն ավելացնելու են շոու-ներկայացումների դոզան՝ հանրությանը ապակողմնորոշելու, ընդդիմությանը հարվածելու և թուլացնելու համար։ Այս օրերին դատարաններում միանգամից մի քանի աղմկահարույց գործեր են քննվում ընդդիմադիր առաջնորդների, ազդեցիկ հոգևորականների, հասարակ քաղաքացիների դեմ։ Այդ գործերը գրեթե ամբողջությամբ կեղծ են, ապացույցներն էլ՝ անհամոզիչ։ Բայց այդ հանգամանքը փաշինյանական իշխանությանը բնավ չի հուզում։

Հակակոռուպցիոն քրեական դատարանում դատախազը երեկ պահանջել է երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանից բռնագանձել 4 մլրդ դրամ։ Սերժ Սարգսյանը մեղադրվում է մի գործարքի համար, որը կատարել է պաշտպանության նախարար եղած տարիներին։ Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ նա Իսակովի պողոտայի տարածքում գտնվող հողամասերը վաճառել է շուկայականից բավականին ցածր գնով։ Փաստաբանները ներկայացրել են կատարված ապօրինությունները, անմեղության կանխավարկածի խախտման դեպքերը, իսկ դատական նիստից հետո Սերժ Սարգսյանը շատ կարճ որակում տվեց դատախազների ներկայացրած պահանջին. «Հիմարություն է»։

Ակնհայտ է, որ բոլոր այս գործերով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը հետագայում լուրջ գումարներ է փոխհատուցելու՝ եվրոպական դատարանի վճիռներով։ Բայց Փաշինյանն այսրոպեական շահեր ունի՝ անընդհատ լարվածության մեջ պահելով հանրությանը, շահագործելով «նախկիններ-ներկաներ» դիսկուրսը՝ տպավորություն ստեղծելու համար, որ բոլոր նախկինները թալանչիներ են, և հարկավոր է իրեն ընտրել։ Բնականաբար, վաղուց չարչրկված այս խոսույթն արդեն իրեն սպառել է, հասարակությունն էլ լուրջ չի ընդունում իշխանության մեղադրանքները, բայց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր այլ տարբերակ չունի և մինչև վերջին խազը խաղալու է իր կեղտոտ խաղը։
