Հայաստանը օգնում է ռուսական «Ալռոսա»-ին շրջանցել արևմտյան պատժամիջոցները

Հայաստանն օգնում է ռուսական «Ալռոսա» ընկերությանը արևմտյան պատժամիջոցները շրջանցելու և ռուսական ծագման ադամանդներն արևմտյան շուկա արտահանելու գործում, գրում է գերմանական Bild հանդեսը՝ վկայակոչելով լրագրողական անկախ հետաքննություններով զբաղվող Arctida կայքի օրերս հրապարակած տվյալները։ Դրանց համաձայն՝ Ռուսաստանում արդյունահանված ադամանդները նախ առաքվում են Հայաստան, որտեղ որոշակի մշակում անցնելուց հետո վերաարտահանվում են Հնդկաստան, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններ և Չինաստան։ Այս մեխանիզմով «Ալռոսա»-ի հետ առնչություններ ունեցող ПБК ընկերությանը միայն 2023-ի հունվարից մինչև 2024-ի մարտ ընկած ժամանակահատվածում հաջողվել է շուրջ 250 միլիոն դոլարի ադամանդ արտահանել արևմտյան շուկաներ։
Հետաքննող լրագրողների տվյալներով՝ Ռուսաստանի դեմ սահմանված պատժամիջոցների շրջանցման գործում հատկապես ակտիվ են հայկական ADM Diamonds և Fancy Jewelry ընկերությունները։ Դեռ ամիսներ առաջ Ռուսաստանի Անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայությունը հաղորդեց, որ ադամանդ արդյունահանող ռուսական առաջատար «Ալռոսա» ընկերությունից գողացված ադամանդները տեղափոխվել են Հայաստան։ ՌԴ ԱԴԾ-ն տեղեկացրել էր, որ բացահայտվել է ադամանդների մաքսանենգության դեպք, որը կազմակերպել են Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներ՝ Բաղիկյան եղբայրները, որոնք միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ են։ Նշվել էր նաև, որ գողացված ադամանդները ուղարկվել են Հայաստան՝ «Էյ Դի Էմ Դայմոնդս» ՍՊԸ, որի շահառուն հայազգի գործարար և պատգամավոր Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանն է։ Թեպետ Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանի խոսնակը պնդում էր, թե պատգամավորը կապ չունի այդ ընկերության հետ, բայց փաստերն այլ բան են ասում։ Դեռևս 2019-ին ադամանդի վերամշակմամբ զբաղվող այս գործարանի բացմանը մասնակցում էր նաև Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանը։ «Հետք»-ի աչքից չէր վրիպել, որ այն ժամանակ Սուքիասյանը լրատվամիջոցների հետ զրույցներում բավականին տեղեկացված էր գործարանի աշխատանքներից, պատվերներից, անգամ ապագա ծրագրերից։
Եվ այժմ միջազգային մամուլն էլ Հայաստանին մեղադրում է ադամանդների մաքսանենգության և պատժամիջոցները շրջանցելու հարցում՝ ՌԴ-ին օգնելու մեջ։ Թե ինչպիսի հետևանքներ սա կունենա, թերևս չարժե ասել։
