Սամվել Կարապետյանի կողմից նախաձեռնվող նոր կուսակցությունը պետք է մտնի քաղաքական դաշտ նոր մոտեցումներով և նոր խոսքով։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է տնտեսագիտության թեկնածու Հայկ Ղազարյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ ներկայիս քաղաքական համակարգն արդեն սպառել է իրեն, և անհրաժեշտ է ձևավորել մրցակցային նոր համակարգ ու ներմուծել քաղաքական նոր մշակույթ։ Այդ դեպքում կուսակցությունների առաջնային խնդիրն, ըստ Ղազարյանի, կլինի ժողովրդի քաղաքական դաստիարակությունն ու հասունության բարձրացումը, ինչպես նաև պետական մտածողություն ունեցող քաղաքական մարդու կերպարի ձևավորումը։
Ղազարյանը նշել է, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանի ընտանիքի հայտարարությունը նոր կուսակցության ստեղծման մասին պետք է դիտարկել հենց այս համատեքստում․ այն պայմանավորված է իրավիճակի թելադրանքով և լիովին արդարացված է։
«Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտը նոր որակի կուսակցությունների կարիք ունի, որտեղ մարդիկ կմիավորվեն ազգային-պետական շահերով և գաղափարական ու բարոյական սկզբունքներով։ Նորաստեղծ կուսակցությունը պետք է մտնի քաղաքական դաշտ նոր մոտեցումներով և նոր խոսքով։ Նրա գլխավոր առաքելությունը, ըստ իս, պետք է լինի քաղաքական դաշտի առողջացումը, նոր մշակույթի և արժեհամակարգի ձևավորումը, անկեղծ ու արդար միջավայրի ապահովումը, կուսակցությունների հեղինակության ու հանրային վստահության բարձրացումը։ Միաժամանակ անհրաժեշտ է ժողովրդի քաղաքական հասունության և քաղաքացիական հասարակության ձևավորման վրա հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել։ Կարևոր է, որ Կարապետյանների նախաձեռնությամբ ստեղծվող կուսակցությունը լինի այնպիսի որակի ուժ, որը կարողանա իր շուրջը համախմբել հանրային համերաշխություն և ապահովել քաղաքական կոնսենսուս»,- ընդգծել է Ղազարյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ օրերս Երևանում հանդիսավոր կերպով հայտարարվեց «Մեր ձևով» կամավորական շարժման ստեղծման մասին։ Շարժումը ներկայացվում է որպես կամավորական հարթակ՝ մեծ ու բարի գործեր իրականացնելու համար՝ առանց հասարակության բաժանման։ Հետագայում դրա հիմքի վրա նախատեսվում է ձևավորել նաև քաղաքական կուսակցություն, որի գաղափարական առաջնորդը կլինի Սամվել Կարապետյանը։
