Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի՝ Չինաստան կատարած պաշտոնական այցի շրջանակում փաստաթղթերի փաթեթ է ստորագրվել, հայտնում է Կրեմլը։

Քննարկվել են Ռուսաստանի և Չինաստանի միջև համապարփակ գործընկերության և ռազմավարական փոխգործակցության հետագա ամրապնդումն ու զարգացումը, երկրների միջև գործնական համագործակցությունը, ինչպես նաև գլոբալ և տարածաշրջանային հարցեր և բազմակողմ հարթակներում համագործակցությունը։

Իր ելույթում Պուտինը հայտարարել է. «Ես և ողջ ռուսական պատվիրակությունը ուրախ ենք մեր չինացի ընկերների, գործընկերների հետ նոր հանդիպման համար։ Շնորհակալ եմ ողջ պատվիրակությանը՝ ցուցաբերած ջերմ ընդունելության համար։

Մեր սերտ շփումն արտացոլում է ռուս-չինական կապերի ռազմավարական բնույթը, որոնք աննախադեպ բարձր մակարդակի վրա են։ Դա լիովին դրսևորվել է Ռուսաստան կատարած Ձեր մայիսյան այցի և Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում տարած հաղթանակի 80-ամյակի տոնակատարությանը համատեղ մասնակցության ժամանակ։

 

Վաղը Պեկինում տեղի կունենան լայնածավալ տոնական միջոցառումներ՝ նվիրված Ճապոնիայի նկատմամբ տարած հաղթանակի և Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ավարտի 80-ամյակին, որոնց մենք միասին կմասնակցենք։

Դուք նոր ասացիք, որ հնարավոր է նաև անձրև գա։ Բայց ես վստահ եմ, որ դա չի մթագնի մեր տոնական տրամադրությունը և Չինաստանի զինված ուժերը իրենց բնորոշ փայլով կանցկացնեն այս տոնական, հանդիսավոր միջոցառումը։

Մեր որոշումը՝ ինչպես տասը տարի առաջ, 2015 թվականին, Մոսկվայում և Պեկինում համատեղ նշել Մեծ Հաղթանակի տարեդարձը, ունի հատուկ նշանակություն։ Դա մեր ժողովուրդների՝ Ռուսաստանի և Չինաստանի հերոսության հանդեպ հարգանքի տուրք է Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի տարիներին, մեր երկրների որոշիչ դերի հաստատումն է եվրոպական և ասիական ռազմաճակատներում հաղթանակի ձեռքբերման գործում, ինչպես նաև պատմական ճշմարտությունը և արդարությունը պաշտպանելու մեր ընդհանուր պատրաստակամության վկայությունը։

Մեր նախնիները, մեր հայրերն ու պապերը հսկայական գին են վճարել հանուն խաղաղության ու ազատության։ Մենք դա չենք մոռանում, հիշում ենք։ Սա մեր այսօրվա և ապագայի ձեռքբերումների հիմքն է։

Մենք շատ լավ հիշում ենք մեր համագործակցությունը ինչպես 1930-ականներին, այնպես էլ 1945 թվականին։ Մարտական եղբայրության հիշողությունը, փոխադարձ վստահությունը, փոխօգնությունը, ընդհանուր շահերի պաշտպանության մեջ ցուցաբերված վճռականությունը հիմք են հանդիսացել Ռուսաստանի և Չինաստանի միջև համապարփակ գործընկերության և ռազմավարական համագործակցության նոր դարաշրջանի հարաբերությունների համար։ Մենք միասին էինք այն ժամանակ և միասին ենք մնում այսօր։

Վստահ եմ, որ արդիական հարցերի և երկարաժամկետ ծրագրերի վերաբերյալ մեր խորհրդակցությունները կանցկացվեն ամենաբարձր մակարդակով։
