Արարատի մարզի Մխչյան գյուղի 29-ամյա բնակիչ Մերի Անդրեասյանն ահազանգում է, որ համայնքապետարանը առանց օրինական որևէ հիմնավորման քանդում է իրենց պատկանող հողում գտնվող փոքր շինությունը։ NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում բնակիչը նշեց, որ պատճառը համայնքապետի հետ ունեցած տարաձայնություններն են։
«Համայնքապետը զանգեց և անվճար գեներատորներ ուզեց հայրիկիցս՝ համերգ կազմակերպելու համար, բայց մենք չունեինք։ Այդ խոսակցությունից հետո վիճաբանություն սկսվեց, ինչին հետևեց առանց զգուշացման մեր տարածք ներխուժելը»,-պատմեց Մերի Անդրեասյանը։
Նրա խոսքով, 2023 թվականի չափագրումների համաձայն շինությունը գտնվում էր նրանց հողատարածքում, բայց 2025 թվականի նոր չափագրությունների հիման վրա հողը համարվում է համայնքային տարածք, սակայն այդ չափագրման մասին ոչ ոք չգիտի։
«Օգոստոսի 29-ին Արտաշատի համայքապետ Կառլեն Մկրտչյանը փոխհամայնքապետի հետ միասին առանց զգուշացնելու ներխուժել են մեր հողատարածք և սկսել են պարիսպները քանդել, այս պահին էլ շինությունն են քանդում»,- հավելեց նա։
