Վաղվանից Կարմիր խաչը էլ չի գործի Բաքվում․ ի՞նչ վտանգներ կան հայ գերիների մասով

Ադրբեջանի կառավարության որոշմամբ՝ Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն (ԿԽՄԿ) 2025 թ․ սեպտեմբերի 3-ից կդադարեցնի իր պատվիրակության գործունեությունը Ադրբեջանում։
Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանում (ՄԻԵԴ) հայ ռազմագերիների ներկայացուցիչ և փաստաբան Սիրանուշ Սահակյանը MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ սեպտեմբերի 3-ից, փաստացի, ամբողջ ծավալով դադարեցվում է գործունեությունը, բայց ֆունկցիոնալ տեսանկյունից Կարմիր խաչն այս ամիսների ընթացքում էլ չի կարողացել պատշաճ գործունեություն իրականացնել, վերջին մարդասիրական գործունեությունը հայ գերիների առնչությամբ իրականացվել է հուլիս ամսին։
«Արդեն երեք ամիս է, հայ պատանդները, որտեղ կան տարբեր իրավական կարգավիճակի անձինք, արտաքին աշխարհից ամբողջական մեկուսացվածության պայմաններում են գտնվում։ Չկա որևէ անկախ կամ գոնե չեզոք միջազգային դիտորդական մարդասիրական կազմակերպություն, որը այս ամիսներին անմիջական դիտարկման ճանապարհով կկարողանա հավաստիանալ այս անձանց ֆիզիկական, հոգեբանական վիճակի վերաբերյալ»,- նշեց Սահակյանը։
Սահակյանի խոսքով, Ադրբեջանը բոլոր արտաքին մասնագետների, դիտորդների մուտքը արգելափակել է, օտարերկրյա փաստաբանները ևս հնարավորություն չունեն տեսակցելու իրենց վստահորդներին։ Նման մեկուսացվածությունը հատուկ խոցելիություն է առաջացնում հայ պատանդների մասով։
«Այս ամենին գումարվել է մեկ այլ հարց, որը հասկանալի մեծացնում է ընտանիքների շրջանակում տառապանքները և անորոշությունը՝ նախաստորագրված համաձայնագրի տեքստը, որում որևէ դրույթ արտացոլված չէ հայ պատանդների վերադարձի վերաբերյալ։ Մենք ունենք ճակատագրերի առնչությամբ անորոշություն, ունենք փակ հաստատությունում պահվող հայ պատանդներ, այնպիսի երկրում, որտեղ կա խտրականություն, չկա միջազգային ներկայություն, որը կարող է մեղմել մարդու իրավունքների խախտումները»,- նշեց նա։
Հարցին՝ հիմա ադրբեջանական կո՞ղմն է կազմակերպում գերիների հարազատների հետ զանգերը, Սահակյանը նշեց․
«Այո, հեռախոսազանգերը ապահովվում են ադրբեջանցիների կողմից, բայց այստեղ կարևորը տեսակցելն է, տեսնել անձանց, հանդիպել և անմիջական դիտարկումների ճանապարհով հավաստիանալ, որ նրանք ֆիզիկապես և հոգեպես գտնվում են պատշաճ վիճակում»։
Նշենք, որ Բաքվի ռազամական դատարանում հայ գերիների շինծու դատերն անցնում են առանց միջազգային լրատվամիջոցների, դիտորդների ներկայության։ Բացառապես պետական ալիքներով հեռարձակվող տեղեկատվության իսկությունը հնարավոր չէ ճշտել անկախ աղբյուրներից:
