Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի համար «երրորդ ուս» է. փորձագետ

Հայաստանն այսօր արտաքին քաղաքական դժվար ընտրության առաջ է կանգնած՝ եվրաինտեգրո՞ւմ, կողմնորոշում դեպի Միացյալ Նահանգնե՞ր, թե՞ Ռուսաստանի հետ ավանդական դաշինքի պահպանում։ Սակայն նոր գործընկերները հեռու են և միշտ չէ, որ հասկանում են հայկական ինքնությունը, պատմությունը և մշակույթը, մինչդեռ Ռուսաստանի հետ կապը խորն ու բազմակողմանի է։ Այս մասին Lurer.com-ի հետ հարցազրույցում նշել է միջազգային հարաբերությունների փորձագետ Արամ Սարգսյանը։
Ըստ Սարգսյանի՝ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը սերտորեն կապված է Ռուսաստանի հետ։
«Այն հայկական գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի (98%), ալկոհոլի (78%) և կաթնամթերքի (87%) հիմնական գնորդն է։ Ռուսաստանը էժան գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի միջոցով ապահովում է էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը, ինչպես նաև մատակարարում է հացահատիկի և ալյուրի մեծ մասը։ Ռուսական բիզնեսը մնում է հիմնական ներդրողը (Զանգեզուրի կոմբինատ, «Գազպրոմ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ», «Վայլդբերիս» և այլն)։ ԵԱՏՄ-ն ապահովում է անմաքս առևտուր և ընդհանուր ստանդարտներ», - նշել է փորձագետը։
Պատմամշակութային համայնքի մասին խոսելով՝ մեր զրուցակիցը նշել է, որ հայերը դարեր շարունակ պաշտպանություն և աջակցություն են գտել Ռուսաստանում՝ ցեղասպանությունից փրկությունից մինչև 1988 թվականի երկրաշարժից հետո օգնություն։
«Ռուս և հայ զինվորները միասին են կռվել կարևոր պատերազմներում։ Երկու ժողովուրդների մշակույթները սերտորեն միահյուսված են՝ ընդհանուր գեղարվեստական, թատերական և երաժշտական ժառանգություն (Սպենդիարով, Այվազովսկի, Խաչատուրյան), փոխադարձ հարգանք։ Ռուսաց լեզուն հայերի համար բացում է կրթության և աշխատանքի հնարավորություններ։
Հայաստանն ու Ռուսաստանը քրիստոնեական երկրներ են՝ ավանդական արժեքներով՝ ընտանիք, սեր, նվիրվածություն։ Սա հակասում է արևմտյան ԼԳԲՏ օրակարգին և չեղարկվող մշակույթին, որոնք օտար են հայ հասարակությանը», - վստահ է Արամ Սարգսյանը։
Բացի այդ, նա հիշեցրել է, որ Ռուսաստանում է գտնվում ամենամեծ հայկական սփյուռքը, որը պահպանում է հայրենիքի հետ կապը։
«Խառնամուսնությունները նորմա են, ժողովուրդների միջև նացիոնալիզմը անհնար է», - ընդգծել է փորձագետը։
«Ռուսաստանը ոչ միայն դաշնակից է Հայաստանի համար, այլև «երրորդ ուս»՝ հուսալի, պատմության փորձությունն անցած, տնտեսությամբ և մշակույթով։ Այս կապերի խզումը սպառնում է Հայաստանին ինքնության, անվտանգության և կայունության կորստով», - եզրափակել է Արամ Սարգսյանը։
