Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեն հերթական կեղծ քրեական գործն է հարուցել հերթական ընդդիմադրի նկատմամբ։ Քննչականը երեկ տեղեկություն հայտնեց, որ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել Հանրային ռադիոյի նախկին տնօրեն Գարեգին Խումարյանի դեմ՝ ապացույցները կեղծելու մեղադրանքներով։ Պնդում են, թե Խումարյանը բաց է թողել մրցույթի արդյունքները բողոքարկելու ժամկետը, և որպեսզի այդ բացը համարվի հարգելի ու հնարավորություն ունենա նորից վիճարկել այդ որոշումը, դատարանը ներկայացրել է կեղծ փաստաթուղթ։

Ըստ քննչականի՝ Խումարյանը գրել է, քանի որ անգործ է մնացել, գումար չի ունեցել վճարովի իրավաբանական ծառայություններից օգտվելու համար ու բաց է թողել դատարան դիմելու ժամկետը։ Այնինչ նա ստացած եկամուտը դիտավորությամբ չի ներառել դատարան ներկայացվող փաստաթղթում։ Ի դեպ, ինքը՝ Խումարյանը, դատարանին պարզաբանել է, որ զրկված է եղել որևէ այլ եկամուտի աղբյուրից, հայտնվել է սոցիալապես խոցելի իրավիճակում, իր խնամքին անչափահաս երեխաներն են և աշխատանքից ազատվելուց հետո ֆինանսական վիճակն էապես վատթարացել է, և իր ընտանիքի ապրուստը հոգալու համար ստիպված է եղել ստանձնել նոր դրամական պարտավորություններ։ Մյուս կողմից էլ իրավաբանական ծառայությունների արժեքն այնքան բարձր է եղել, որ չի կարողացել վճարել, բայց հետո արդեն կարողացել է անվճար իրավաբանական ծառայությունների մատուցման պայմանագիր կնքել։

Պարզաբանումը դատարանը հարգելի է համարել գործը վարույթ ընդունել, բայց փաշինյանական քննիչները քրեական գործ են հարուցել Խումարյանի դեմ։ Վերջինս հայտնել է, թե քրեական գործը ոտքից գլուխ կեղծ է, իրականության հետ աղերս չունի, և դա վարչական ու քաղաքացիական ընթացակարգերով գնացող բողոքարկման գործընթացը քրեական գործիքակազմով տորպեդահարելու միջոց է։ Ըստ Խումարյանի՝ քննչականը փորձում է պարտադրել, որ նա հետ կանգնի նոր տնօրենի մրցույթը վիճարկող իր բողոքից, իսկ դատավարությունն էլ տեղի չունենա։

Հիշեցնենք, Գարեգին Խումարյանին չէին ընտրել Հանրային ռադիոյի տնօրեն, փոխարենը ընտրել էին տխրահռչակ Արմեն Քոլոյանին, ով արդեն հասցրել է լուրջ ավերածություններ գործել Հանրային ռադիոյում, բայց նրան պատժելու փոխարեն ավելի ու ավելի լայն լիազորություններ են տալիս Հանրային ռադիոյում երկար տարիներ աշխատող և ընդդիմադիր տրամադրություններ ունեցող անձանց հեռացնելու, փոխարենը իշխանության նվիրյալներին բերելու համար։
