«Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը գրում է․

«Բաքվի կեղծ դատավարության շրջանակներում այսօր հրապարակվել է ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար Լևոն Մնացականյանի ցուցմունքները:

Ըստ հրապարակումների, Մնացականյանը հաստատել է իր մասնակցությունը Ադրբեջանի դեմ ռազմական գործողություններին, այդ թվում` 90-ականների առաջին պատերազմում, ըստ ժամանակաշրջանների ներկայացրել իր կարգավիճակն ու կոնկրետ ուղղություններով մարտերը:
 
Ի սկզբանե էլ Մնացականյանը մարտական գործողություններին իր մասնակցությունը որևէ առումով չի էլ թաքցրել` նույնիսկ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ արցախյան առաջին պատերազմում, տարիքի բերումով, զինվորական միջին կամ բարձր պաշտոններ չի զբաղեցրել և կարող էր այն «շրջանցել»:
 
Սակայն անկախ այն հանգամանքից, որ Ադրբեջանը փորձում է գեներալ Մնացականյանին ու Բաքվի կեղծ դատավարությամբ անցնող հայերին ծանր հանցագործություններ վերագրել, Լ. Մնացականյանը ինչպես նախկինում, այնպես էլ հիմա անկասկած համարում է, որ իր մասնակցությունը պատերազմում ոչ թե հանցանք է, այլ ինքնապաշտպանության միջոցով սեփական հայրենակիցների անվտանգության ապահովում:
Սա այն ամենն է, ինչը ցուցմունքների տողատակերում կարելի է կարդալ ու առաջ անցնել:
 
Հիշեցնեմ, որ Բաքվի «դատավարության» վերաբերյալ նյութերին պետք է խիստ վերապահումներով մոտենալ, որովհետև տարբեր վկայություններ կան այն մասին, որ ցուցմունքներ են կեղծվում, միտումնավոր սխալ թարգմանություններ են ներկայացվում, իսկ դատարանը հրաժարվում է նիստերի արձանագրությունները դատավարության մասնակիցներին ներկայացնել, ինչը ևս հաստատում է տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների ապօրինի և կեղծված լինելու հանգամանքը»:
