Անհայտ կորած զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին տրվող աջակցության ժամկետը կերկարաձգվի ևս երկու ամսով. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Կառավարության 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 10-ի՝ «Ադրբեջանի կողմից 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին սանձազերծված ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով անհայտ կորած զինծառայողների ընտանիքների աջակցության միջոցառումը հաստատելու մասին» N 2001-Լ որոշմամբ նախատեսված է մինչև 2025 թվականի սեպտեմբերը ներառյալ ամենամսյա դրամական վճարի ձևով սոցիալական աջակցության տրամադրում անհայտ կորած զինծառայողի ընտանիքին՝ ամսական 300 000 դրամի չափով, սակայն ոչ ավելի, քան մինչև անհայտ կորած զինծառայողին դատական կարգով անհայտ բացակայող ճանաչելը:
Որոշման հավելվածի 4-րդ կետի 3-րդ ենթակետի համաձայն՝ գտնվելու վայրն անհայտ զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին ամենամսյա դրամական վճարի տրամադրումը դադարեցվում է, եթե ամենամսյա դրամական վճարը վճարվել է մինչև 2025 թվականի սեպտեմբերը ներառյալ, որի արդյունքում 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի 20-ի դրությամբ դեռևս անհայտ բացակայող ճանաչելու մասին դատական ակտեր չունեցող թվով 21 անհայտ կորած համարվող զինծառայողների ընտանիքների աջակցության տրամադրումը դադարեցվելու է 2025 թվականի հոկտեմբեր 1-ից:
Առկա իրավիճակով պայմանավորված՝ պաշտպանության նախարարությունն առաջարկում է փոփոխություններ կատարել կառավարության 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 10-ի N 2001-Լ որոշման մեջ և վճարման ժամկետը երկարաձգել մինչև 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերը ներառյալ:
21 անհայտ կորած զինծառայողի ընտանիքի աջակցության տրամադրման ֆինանսական հաշվարկը 2025 թվականի հոկտեմբեր-նոյեմբեր ամիսների համար կազմում է 12600000 դրամ: Անհրաժեշտ միջոցները կներգրավվեն 2025 թվականի պետական բյուջեով աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությանը հատկացված միջոցների վերաբաշխումների հաշվին:
