Փաշինյանը գնահատեց Անդրեասյանի խորը քծնանքը

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով նոր ներկայացուցիչ է նշանակել։ Հիշեցնենք, որ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի» հետ կապված Ստոկհոլմի արբիտրաժի որոշումից հետո Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով Հայաստանի ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակը հայտարարել էր, որ իշխանությունները պետք է անհապաղ կատարեն այդ որոշումը։
Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը, որը ամեն կերպ հրաժարվում է նման որոշումներ ընդունել, ոչ միայն չէր կատարել արբիտրաժի որոշումը, այլև անցած շաբաթ, կառավարության նիստում, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր՝ «Կառավարությունը ես եմ», հաջորդ օրը ազատելով գրասենյակի ղեկավար Լիպարիտ Դրմեյանին։
Այժմ Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով Հայաստանի նոր ներկայացուցիչ է նշանակվել Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախկին նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանը։ Վերջինս իր պաշտոնից ազատվել էր 10 ամիս առաջ, և դա տեղի էր ունեցել բացարձակ խայտառակ կերպով. Փաշինյանը նրան SMS-հաղորդագրությամբ պարտադրել էր հրաժարականի դիմում ներկայացնել և հեռանալ։
Անդրեասյանը 10 ամիս շարունակ ոչ միայն չէր քննադատել Փաշինյանին, այլև փորձել էր ամեն ինչ անել, որպեսզի արժանանա նրա բարեհաճությանը և կրկին նշանակվի պաշտոնում։ Ըստ երևույթին, այժմ Փաշինյանը գնահատել է Անդրեասյանի ջանքերը և նրան նշանակել նոր, բարձր պաշտոնում։
Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչը բավականին լուրջ պաշտոն է, որն ունի ազդեցություն և կշիռ։ Սովորաբար այս պաշտոնին նշանակվում էին մարդիկ, որոնք գոնե սեփական դեմք ունեին և կարող էին միջազգային օրենքներն ու Հայաստանի պարտավորությունները ճիշտ ներկայացնել՝ տարբեր ատյաններում երկրի համար իրավական լուրջ խնդիրներ առաջ չբերելու նպատակով։
Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանին հեռացնելուց հետո որևէ իրեն հարգող իրավաբան չէր ցանկացել աշխատել Փաշինյանի հետ։ Ըստ երևույթին, Կարեն Անդրեասյանը ոչ միայն համաձայնվել է, այլև պատրաստ է կատարել Փաշինյանի բոլոր պահանջները՝ ապահովելու իր նոր նշանակումը և ներկայանալ որպես «լոյալ» պաշտոնյա։
