Փաշինյանի ապտակը հայաստանյան արևմտամետներին

Երեկ Չինաստանում, Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության շրջանակներում, կայացել է նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հանդիպումը։ Կրեմլի պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ Պուտինը նշել է, որ ուրախ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ բանակցելու հնարավորության համար, քանի որ բազմաթիվ հարցեր են կուտակվել ինչպես երկկողմ, այնպես էլ տարածաշրջանային բնույթի քննարկման համար։
Փաշինյանն իր հերթին նշել է, որ օրակարգը հագեցած կլինի. «Ես շատ ուրախ եմ այն գործընկերության և երկխոսության համար, որը ձևավորվել է մեր միջև. նկատի ունեմ և մեր անձնական երկխոսությունը, և, իհարկե, շատ ակտիվ երկխոսությունը՝ մեր եղբայրական երկրների միջև»: Տևական առանձին բանակցություններից հետո ՌԴ մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը նշել է, որ Փաշինյանն ու Պուտինը բավականին լավ զրույց են ունեցել։ Մանրամասներ առանձնապես չեն հայտնում ոչ Կրեմլը, ոչ պաշտոնական Երևանը։
Փաշինյանն էլ ավելի վաղ հայտնել է, որ սեպտեմբերի վերջին մեկնելու է Ռուսաստան։ Ընդ որում, Պուտինի հետ հանդիպումը և հարաբերությունները եղբայրական գնահատելու նրա խոսքերը հնչում են օգոստոսի 8-ին Վաշինգտոնում ստորագրված հռչակագրից հետո, որն, անխոս, Ռուսաստանը սվիններով է ընդունել։ Եվ այժմ Փաշինյանի ռևերանսները Ռուսաստանի ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաև Չինաստանի նախագահի հետ բանակցություններն ու այդ գերտերության հետ ռազմավարական գործընկերության կնքումը, բավականին լուրջ հարված են հայաստանյան արևմտամետներին, որոնք ամեն ինչ անում են Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցության ֆորմատներից հեռացնելու և մշուշոտ ապագայով եվրոպական հեռանկար կառուցելու համար։
Այն, որ Փաշինյանի գործողությունները գրեթե միշտ հակառուսական ծիրի մեջ են, որևէ մեկը չի կարող հերքել, բայց և ինքն էլ հասկանում է, որ Ռուսաստանից միանգամից կտրվելը կարող է ծանըր հետևանքներ ունենալ ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլ նաև անձամբ իր համար, ուստի պարտավոր է պահպանել գոնե ֆորմալ կողմը։
Անկասկած, Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մոտ նման ռևերանսները այլևս որևէ մեկի մոտ զարմանք չեն հարուցում. Փաշինյանը մշտապես էլ «մկան ծակին հազար թուման է տալիս» Վլադիմիր Պուտինին տեսնելիս։
