Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմում շրջանառվում է հակասական ծրագիր, որի համաձայն ԱՄՆ-ը կարող է առնվազն տասը տարի ղեկավարել պատերազմից ավերված Գազայի հատվածը։ Ծրագիրը նախատեսում է բնակչության ժամանակավոր տեղափոխում, տարածքի վերակառուցում՝ որպես զբոսաշրջային և արդյունաբերական կենտրոն, հայտնում է The Washington Post-ը։
Ըստ 38 էջանոց փաստաթղթի, որի հետ ծանոթացել է թերթը, մոտ 2 միլիոն պաղեստինցի կարող է լքել Գազան՝ «կամավոր» կերպով տեղափոխվելով այլ երկրներ կամ սահմանափակ գոտիներ՝ վերակառուցման ընթացքում։
Նախատեսվում է կառուցել «հումանիտար տարանցիկ գոտիներ»՝ ինչպես Գազայի ներսում, այնպես էլ հնարավոր է՝ նրա սահմաններից դուրս։
Ծրագիրը կրում է GHF (Gaza Humanitarian Foundation) անվանումը՝ ԱՄՆ-ի աջակցությամբ գործող օգնության հիմնադրամ։
Հողատարածք ունեցողներին առաջարկվելու է «թվային նշան»՝ իրենց սեփականության վերակազմավորման իրավունքի դիմաց։
Յուրաքանչյուր տեղափոխված անձ կստանա 5000 դոլար, 4 տարվա վարձի սուբսիդիա, ինչպես նաև մեկ տարվա սննդի ապահովում։
Ծրագիրը կոչվում է «Գազայի վերականգնման, տնտեսական արագացման և վերափոխման հիմնադրամ», կամ «ՄԵԾ վստահություն» (Great Trust)։
ՄԱԿ-ի տվյալներով, 2025 թվականի մայիսից, երբ GHF-ն սկսել է գործել, ավելի քան 1000 մարդ զոհվել է՝ օգնություն ստանալու փորձի ժամանակ, հիմնականում՝ իսրայելական զինվորների կրակոցներից՝ GHF-ի օբյեկտների մոտ։
