Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 30-ին, իմ մեծ ընկեր, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության նախկին նախագահ Բակո Սահակովիչ Սահակյանը դառնում է 65 տարեկան։ Վաղը իմ մեկ այլ ընկերոջ՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի առաջին և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Սեդրակովիչ Քոչարյանի ծննդյան օրն է։ Այս մասին գրում է Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը։
«Տղամարդկանց մեջ նախկին ընկերներ չկան։ Ես իմ պարտքն էի համարել և համարում եմ շնորհավորել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին, որին Հայաստանի իշխանությունները շարունակում են հետապնդել նույնիսկ այն բանից հետո, երբ ստիպված էին նրան ազատ արձակել բանտից։
Բայց, ցավոք, չեմ կարող զանգահարել կամ շնորհավորական հեռագիր ուղարկել իմ ընկեր Բակոյին։ Նա արդեն երկու տարի է, ինչ գտնվում է Բաքվի բանտում։ Մոտակայքում, հավանաբար, գտնվում են այն Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիները, որոնք վերջերս վրեժխնդրության համար բանտարկվել են Ադրբեջանում։ Ես նրանց չեմ ճանաչում, բայց, իհարկե, ցավակցում եմ նրանց և նրանց ընտանիքներին։
Բայց ես լավ եմ ճանաչում Բակո Սահակյանին, Արկադի Ղուկասյանին և նրանց մյուս ընկերներին, որոնք գերի են ընկել։ Ես բազմիցս եղել եմ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, որտեղ հայրս 1930-ականներին Հադրութում հրամանատարել է սահմանապահ ջոկատ՝ դրա համար ստանալով իր առաջին Կարմիր դրոշի շքանշանը։ Ես զենք չեմ տարել Ղարաբաղ և թշնամանքի կոչ չեմ արել Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ։ Բայց ես անկեղծորեն հավատացել և շարունակում եմ հավատալ, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ազատությունը, որպես դարեր շարունակ այս օրրանում ապրած հայ ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման հարկադիր միջոց, պատմական արդարության հարց է։ Ինչպես Ղրիմի վերադարձը Ռուսաստանին, որը 2014 թվականին ԼՂ-ում նշվեց որպես առանձին տոն։
Բակո Սահակյանը, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բոլոր հայերը դավաճանության զոհեր են։ Մենք՝ Ռուսաստանում, հատկապես Խորհրդային Միության փլուզումից հետո, հատկապես հիմա, պետք է լավ հասկանանք, թե ինչ է դավաճանությունը։ Ես ուզում եմ, որ Բակո Սաակովիչը, Ռոբերտ Սեդրակովիչը և մնացած բոլորը իմանան, որ Ռուսաստանում շատ մարդիկ կան՝ շատ ավելի շատ, քան հայերը Հայաստանում և նույնիսկ աշխարհում ընդհանրապես, ովքեր հիշում են, հարգում և կարեկցում։
Նրանք կասեն. միայն համակրանքն ու նույնիսկ հարգանքը բավարար չեն։ Եվ նրանք ճիշտ կլինեն։ Բայց ես վստահ եմ՝ արդարության ժամանակը կգա»։
