Արտահանման կաթված․ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը չի դիմանա «Սպայկա»-ի արգելափակմանը

Ռուսաստանի իրավապահները առանց որևէ բացատրության կանգնեցրել և արգելափակել են հայկական «Սպայկա» ընկերության բեռնատարները։ Սկզբում խոսվում էր շուրջ 70-80 բեռնատարի մասին, որոնք գյուղմթերքով լցված կանգնած են ռուսական տարածքում, այժմ արդեն խոսվում է հարյուրավոր բեռնատարների մասին։ Սա պարզապես ընկերության դեմ քայլ չէ․ սա ուղղակի հարված է Հայաստանի տնտեսության ամենազգայուն կետին։
«Սպայկա»-ն՝ Հայաստանի գյուղմթերքի արտահանման ողնաշարը
«Սպայկա»-ն Հայաստանի խոշորագույն ագրոհոլդինգն է, որը տարիներ շարունակ ապահովել է երկրի գյուղմթերքի արտահանման հիմնական հոսքերը։ Ընկերությունը ոչ միայն գործարար կառույց է․ այն հազարավոր գյուղացիների աշխատանքն ու եկամուտն է, գյուղատնտեսական ողջ շղթայի կայունությունը։
Արգելափակված յուրաքանչյուր բեռնատար նշանակում է ոչ միայն անպատասխան մնացած պատվերներ, այլև կորցրած եկամուտ գյուղացու համար, կործանված շուկաներ Հայաստանի արտադրողի համար։
Հայաստանի համար աղետալի հետևանքներ
Եթե արգելափակումը երկար տևի, Հայաստանի գյուղմթերքի արտահանման շղթան կփլուզվի։ Սա կդառնա հարված ոչ միայն մեկ ընկերության, այլ ամբողջ երկրի տնտեսությանը։ Տուժելու են գյուղացիական տնտեսությունները, հարյուրավոր աշխատակիցներ, հազարավոր ընտանիքներ։
Այս իրավիճակը լրջագույն ռիսկեր է ստեղծում նաև Հայաստանի միջազգային հեղինակության համար։ Շուկայում Հայաստանը կարող է ընկալվել որպես անկայուն գործընկեր, որը չի կարողանում ապահովել ժամանակին և անխափան մատակարարումներ։
Քաղաքական ենթատեքստի հոտը
Ռուսաստանի այս քայլի պաշտոնական բացատրությունը դեռևս չկա։ Սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ տնտեսական այսպիսի հարվածը չի կարող դիտվել որպես տեխնիկական միջադեպ։ Այն ունի քաղաքական ենթատեքստ և վտանգավոր ուղերձ՝ ուղղված Հայաստանին։
Այսօր ամեն բեռնատարի կանգնեցումը մի ամբողջ գյուղի հացի դադարեցում է։ Եվ եթե պետական կառույցները չարձագանքեն, ապա հարվածը Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսությանն ու տնտեսությանը կլինի կործանարար։
