Առեղծվածային մահվան դեպք․ բնակարանում հայտնաբերվել է տղամարդու մարմին․ կասկածյալը դեպքից հետո հատել է ՀՀ սահմանը

Երեկ՝ օգոստոսի 28-ին, սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Սյունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 18։30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Սյունիքի մարզային քրեական վարչությունում, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կապանի բաժնում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Սյունիքի մարզի գումարտակում միաժամանակ օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Կապան քաղաքի Հունան Ավետիսյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկում տղամարդու դի կա։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Սյունիքի մարզի քրեական վարչության պետ Դավիթ Սուրենյանը, ոստիկանության Կապանի բաժնի պետ Համլետ Վասիլյանը և ՊԾ Սյունքի մարզի գումարտակի հրամանատար Գևորգ Զաքարյանը։
Տեղում պազվել է, որ ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է։ Նշված փողոցի 6-րդ շենքի բնակարաններից մեկում հայտնաբերվել է նույն տան բնակիչ 49-ամյա Ռոման Ա․-ի դին։
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Կապանի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետի տեղակալ Վոլոդյա Մուրադյանի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։
Դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն արտաքին զննությամբ դիակի վրա հայտնաբերվել են բռնության հետքեր, այդ թվում հարվածներ գլխի հատվածում։
Դեպքի փաստով սպանություն հատկանիշներով քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով Սյունիքի մարզի քրեական ու համայնքային ոստիկանները և ՊԾ գումարտակի պարեկները, ապա նրանց միացած քննիչները հսկայածավալ օպերատիվ հետախուզական աշխատանքների արդյունքում պարզել են ենթադրյալ սպանություն կատարողի ինքնությունը, ով սպանությունից կարճ ժամանակ անց Մեղրիի անցակետով հատել է Հայաստանի սահմանը, գնացել է Իրան ու այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 29-ին, Իրանից Հայաստան վերադառնալիս ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողների կողմից ձերբակալվել և ներկայացվել է Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
Նախաքննության շահերից ելնելով որոշ հանգամանքներ այս պահին չենք հայտնում։
Պարզվում է նաև արդյոք սպանություն կատարելուց առաջ կամ հետո կասկածյալը իր զոհի տանից գողություն կատարել է, թե ոչ։
