ԱԳՆ աշխատակիցը կալանավորվել է պետական դավաճանություն կատարելու դեպքով

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում ասվում է․
«2025 թվականի հունիսի 20-ին ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունից ստացված հաղորդման հիման վրա ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի պետության, սահմանադրական կարգի հիմունքների և հասարակական անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում Քրեական օրենսգրքի 418-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 424-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով առերևույթ հանցանքների հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության աշխատակցի կողմից լրտեսության, օտարերկրյա պետության ներկայացուցչին պետական գաղտնիք պարունակող տեղեկությանը ծանոթանալու համար պայմաններ ստեղծելու, թշնամական գործունեություն իրականացնելու համար օգնություն ցույց տալու եղանակով պետական դավաճանություն կատարելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ:
Քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում ՀՀ ԱԳՆ աշխատակցի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 418-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (պետական դավաճանություն)։
Վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանքը:
Քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում որևէ տվյալ ձեռք չի բերվել նշված հանցագործությանը այլ անձանց, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ այլ աշխատակցիների մասնակցության, ինչպես նաև նշված աշխատակցին աջակցելու կամ օժանդակելու վերաբերյալ, հետևաբար, զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով տարածված այն տեղեկությունը, թե նշված աշխատակիցը չի գործել միայնակ, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը:
Ի հերքումն ԶԼՄ-ներում տարածված տեղեկությունների՝ նշենք նաև, որ տվյալ անձը բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա, ինչպես նաև արտերկրում ՀՀ հյուպատոս չի հանդիսացել»։
Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
