Քննարկվել են պատմամշակութային հուշարձանի կարգավիճակ տալու և պահպանական գոտիների նախագծերին առնչվող հարցեր

Տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության փորձագիտական հանձնաժողովի հերթական նիստը, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են մի շարք պատմամշակութային օբյեկտներին պատմության և մշակույթի անշարժ հուշարձանի կարգավիճակ տալու և հուշարձանների պահպանական գոտիների նախագծերին առնչվող հարցեր:
Հաշվի առնելով ՀՀ կառավարության 2023 թ․ դեկտեմբերի 14-ի N 2196-Ն որոշմամբ հաստատված «Պատմության և մշակույթի անշարժ հուշարձանների պետական ցուցակում նորահայտ հուշարձան ընդգրկելու և պետական ցուցակից հուշարձան հանելու չափորոշիչները» և հանձնաժողովի դրական եզրակացությունները՝ 9 պատմամշակութային օբյեկտի տրվել է հուշարձանի կարգավիճակ։ Այդ օբյեկտներն են՝ Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի Մ․ Բաղրամյան պողոտա 20 (1945-1947 թթ.) և 22 (1949 թ.) հասցեների բնակելի տները, Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի եռամաս սյունաշար կառույցը (մ․թ․ա․ 7-6-րդ դդ.), Արագածոտնի մարզի Օհանավան գյուղի Ժայռափոր համալիրը (5-13-րդ դդ.), Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գավառ քաղաքի Արծվաքար թաղամասի դամբարանադաշտը, խաչքարը (9-10-րդ դդ.) և Վիշապաքարը (Ցից քար, Ջրի քար, Արծվաքարի սար – 1) (մ.թ.ա. 2-րդից 1-ին հազ.), նույն մարզի Դարանակ գյուղի բնակատեղի (մ.թ.ա. 2-րդից 1-ին հազ.), Լոռու մարզի Ստեփանավան քաղաքի եկեղեցին (10-13-րդ դդ.)։
Քննարկվել են նաև Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գավառ քաղաքի դամբարանադաշտ (Ք. ա. II-I հազ.), խաչքար, վիշապաքար, Արմավիրի մարզի Էջմիածին քաղաքի հնձան (19-րդ դ․ վերջ-20-րդ դ․ սկիզբ), Լոռու մարզի Վարդաբլուր գյուղի Սբ․ Խաչ մատուռ (12-րդ դ., պետցուցիչ՝ 5.104.14), գերեզմանոց (12-13-րդ դդ, պետցուցիչ՝ 5.104.14.1), Կոտայքի մարզի Արգել գյուղի «Լուսակերտ-Արգել» ամրոց (Ք. ա. III հազ.- միջնադար) (պետցուցիչ՝ 6.14.2), Բջնի գյուղի եկեղեցի Սբ. Սարգիս (7-րդ դ., պետցուցիչ՝ 6.19.15), Գերեզմանոց (9-16-րդ դդ., պետցուցիչ՝ 6.19.15.1), Սյունիքի մարզի Տաթև գյուղի Տաթևի վանք վանական համալիր (Սբ. Եվստաթեոս առաքյալի ուխտ՝ 9-20-րդ դդ. (պետցուցիչ՝ 8.97.9) և այլ հուշարձանների պահպանական գոտիների նախագծերը։
Ընդունելի համարված բոլոր նախագծերը, ըստ սահմանված կարգի, կուղարկվեն համայնքների ղեկավարների և տարածքային կառավարման պետական մարմինների համաձայնեցմանը, որից հետո կհաստատվեն ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի կողմից։
