Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 29-ին, լարված իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, Ձորաղբյուր գյուղի մոտ 200-ից ավելի տների բնակիչներ ի նշան բողոքի փակել էին Ձորաղբյուր գյուղի գլխավոր ճանապարհը. խաչմերուկն ամբողջությամբ կաթվածահար էր եղել։
Բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցներն ասում էին. «Էլ չգիտենք՝ ում դիմենք, որ կառույցը մեզ թիկունք կլինի, ամառվա այս տապին 4 օր է՝ խմելու ջուր ընդհանրապես չենք ստանում։ Դիմել ենք տարբեր ատյանների։
Մեկը մյուսի վրա է գցում, հիմնական պատասխանատուն «Վեոլիա ջուրն» է, բայց այդ կառույցը ավելի շատ մեր գլխին պատուհաս է դարձել, քան ու օգուտ է տալիս։
Եթե նախկինում կիսատ-պռատ էին տալիս, այս վերջին 4 օրերին ընդհանրապես մեր ծորակներից ջուր չի գալիս, բացում ենք՝ օդ է։
Ամոթն էլ է լավ բան։ Ասում եք՝ որակ ենք ապահովում։ Եթե սա է ձեր որակը, ուրեմն դուք մազոխիստ եք։ Տներում կան նորածիններ, անչափահասներ, ավագ սերնդի ներկայացուցիչներ ու նրանց միշտ պետք է ջուր, խնամք, պիտի միշտ պահենք նրանց հիգիենան, բայց 4 օր է՝ ամբողջ Ձորաղբյուրը ջրի կարոտ է մնացել։
Այս պահին ավելի կտրուկ միջոցների չենք դիմում, բայց եթե դրա անհրաժեշտությունը լինի, թե՛ «Վեոլիա ջուրը», թե՛ Կոտայքի մարզպետարանը, թե՛ մյուս կառույցները թող լավ իմանան, որ գյուղ կանգնի, գերան կկոտրի»:
Բնակիչները մոտ 2 ժամ իրենց բողոքի ակցիան իրականացրեցին և երբ ժամանեց Ձորաղբյուր բնակավայրի վարչական ղեկավարը, ով բանակցություններ վարեց բնակիչների հետ և վերջինները ժամանակվորապես դադարեցրին բողոքի ակցիան, սակայն հայտնեցին, որ եթե 1-2 օրվա ընթացքում խնդիրը չկարգավորվի և կանոնավոր չստանան ջուր, դիմելու են ավելի կտրուկ միջոցներ
