ՌԴ-ն երկրորդ ամենախոշոր օդային գրոհն է իրակացրել Ուկրաինայի ուղղությամբ. վնասվել են ԵՄ-ի և British Council-ի շենքերը

Կիևում երկրորդ խոշորագույն օդային հարձակումն է՝ Ռուսաստանի ներխուժումից հետո․ առնվազն 18 զոհ, այդ թվում՝ 4 երեխա
Ուկրաինայի մայրաքաղաք Կիևը գիշերը ենթարկվել է Ռուսաստանի լայնամասշտաբ ներխուժումից ի վեր երկրորդ խոշորագույն օդային հարձակմանը։ Պաշտոնյաների տեղեկացմամբ՝ զոհվել է առնվազն 18 մարդ, որոնց թվում 4 երեխա։
Հարվածների հետևանքով վնասվել են Եվրամիության առաքելության շենքը և British Council-ի գրասենյակը։ Դրանից հետո ԵՄ-ն և Մեծ Բրիտանիան իրենց մայրաքաղաքներում ռուսական դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների ղեկավարներին կանչել են բացատրությունների։
Կիևի քաղաքային ռազմական վարչակազմի ղեկավար Տիմուր Տկաչենկոն հայտնել է, որ զոհվածների թվում են 2, 14 և 17 տարեկան երեխաներ։ Ուկրաինայի օդային ուժերը նշել են, որ մեկ գիշերում Կրեմլը կիրառել է 629 հարվածային միջոց՝ 598 անօդաչու թռչող սարք և 31 հրթիռ։ Օդուժի հաղորդակցությունների ղեկավար Յուրի Իգնատը CNN-ին ասել է, որ սա «ամենախոշոր համակցված հարձակումներից մեկն» է։
Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարել է, թե «բարձր ճշգրտության զենքերով» հարվածել է Ուկրաինայի «ռազմաարդյունաբերական ձեռնարկություններին և ռազմական ավիաբազաներին»։ Կրեմլի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը նշել է, որ Մոսկվան դեռ հետաքրքրված է խաղաղ բանակցություններով, սակայն «հատուկ ռազմական գործողությունը» շարունակվում է։
Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին հարվածները որակել է «սարսափելի և խաղաղ բնակչության սպանդ»՝ հավելելով, որ «այսօր ռուսական հրթիռներն ու հարվածային ԱԹՍ-ները հստակ պատասխանն են բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր շաբաթներով ու ամիսներով կոչ են անում հրադադար հաստատել»։
Ուկրաինացի պաշտոնյաների փոխանցմամբ՝ հարյուրավոր փրկարարներ ներգրավված են մի քանի վայրերում առաջացած ավերածությունների վերացման աշխատանքներում։ Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենը X-ում գրել է, որ «Կրեմլը պատրաստ է ամեն ինչի՝ ուկրաինացի ժողովրդին ահաբեկելու համար՝ կույրորեն սպանելով տղամարդկանց, կանանց ու երեխաներին և նույնիսկ թիրախավորելով Եվրոպական միությանը»։ Նա նաև հայտնել է, որ զրուցել է ինչպես Զելենսկու, այնպես էլ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ՝ ընդգծելով, որ «Պուտինը պետք է նստի բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ»։ ԵՄ արտաքին քաղաքականության ղեկավար Կայա Կալլասը հայտարարել է, որ Բրյուսելում կկանչեն Ռուսաստանի պատվիրակին բացատրության համար։
Կիևում վնասվել է նաև British Council-ի շենքը։ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Քիր Սթարմերը մեղադրել է Վլադիմիր Պուտինին «երեխաներին ու քաղաքացիականներին սպանելու և խաղաղության հույսերը սաբոտաժի ենթարկելու» մեջ։ Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Դեյվիդ Լամմին տեղեկացրել է, որ Լոնդոնը կանչել է Ռուսաստանի դեսպանին՝ հավելելով․ «Սպանությունները և կործանումը պետք է դադարեն»։
Ուկրաինայի արտգործնախարար Անդրի Սիբիհան Մոսկվային մեղադրել է դիվանագետներին թիրախավորելու մեջ՝ «ուղիղ խախտելով Վիեննայի կոնվենցիան», և կոչ է արել միջազգային հանրությանը խստորեն դատապարտել հարձակումները։
