Թորոսյանի նշանակումն ալեկոծել է նախարարությունը

Հայաստանի նախագահի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջարկով պաշտոնանկ է արել աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանին և նշանակել դեսպան Միացյալ Նահանգներում։ Ինչպես և ավելի վաղ գրել էր մամուլը, նաև հաստատել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, նախարար է նշանակվել Արսեն Թորոսյանը։ Դեռևս մայիսին մամուլում տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ Միացյալ Նահանգներում դեսպանի պաշտոնի համար 2 անուն է շրջանառվում՝ Նարեկ Մկրտչյանի ու Արսեն Թորոսյանի։
Ըստ ամենայնի, Արսեն Թորոսյանին որոշել են նախարար նշանակել, իսկ Նարեկ Մկրտչյանին գործուղել Վաշինգտոն։ Ի դեպ, Թորոսյանի նշանակումը կարևորագույն այդ պաշտոնին արդեն իսկ լուրջ ցնցումներ է առաջացրել նախարարությունում, որտեղ զգալի թվով ընդդիմադիր անձինք են աշխատում, ու որոնք կարողացել են իրենց տեղը պահպանել նույնիսկ քպական նախարարների օրոք։ Արսեն Թորոսյանը, սակայն, ըստ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների, աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարություն է ուղևորվում ոչ թե ընդդիմադիր ցանկացած խոսք ճնշելու, այլ կուսակցությունների անդամներին պարզապես դուրս մղելու։
Ի դեպ, Թորոսյանի նշանակումից մտահոգված են նաև փոխնախարարները, որոնք հաճախակի աշխատանքի բերումով խնդիրներ են ունեցել նույն Թորոսյանի հետ խորհրդարանում, և այժմ գրեթե վստահ են, որ Թորոսյանը մի քանիսին էլ հեռացնելու է իրենց զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից։ Առնվազն 4 քպական փոխնախարարներից 2-ին, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, Թորոսյանը մտադիր է առաջիկա օրերին ազատել զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից և դրա փոխարեն նշանակել իր մերձավորներին։ Ցանկացած վայրում իր աշխատանքը ձախողած Թորոսյանը հայտնի է տարբեր ընկերների պաշտոններ նշանակելու սովորությամբ, վերջիններս էլ, գրեթե ոչինչ չանելով, հսկայական գումարներ են ստանում, և այժմ Թորոսյանի նշանակումը առանցքային պաշտոններից մեկում լուրջ իրարանցում է առաջացրել։ Ի դեպ, «Քաղպայմանագրում» փորձել են նույնիսկ Փաշինյանին համոզել չանել նման նշանակում, բայց վերջինս անդրդվելի է եղել։
