Հասանելիություն կստանանք Ադրբեջանի ենթակառուցվածքներին, Ադրբեջանն էլ՝ մեր. ինչպես կիրականացվի ապաշրջափակումը

Նախաստորագրված պայմանագրում չկա մի դրույթ, որն էականորեն լավ է մի երկրի համար, և վատ՝ մյուսի համար:
Այս մասին Հանրային ՀԸ եթերում ասաց ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը՝ անդրադառնալով վաշինգտոնյան փաստաթղթերին:
«Նախաստորագրած պայմանագիրն ու ստորագրած հռչակագիրը բխում են և կառուցված են երկու երկրների համար փոխշահավետությունից»,- ասաց Միրզոյանը:
Ըստ Միրզոյանի, երբ ասում ենք Հայաստանն ապաշրջափակվում է, խաղաղություն է, դրանք բառեր են, սակայն դրանց ձգտել ենք 30 տարուց ավել: Միրզոյանը նաև մանրամասնեց, թե ինչպես է իրականացվելու ապաշրջափակումը:
«Ապաշրջափակումը տեղի է ունենում տարածքային ամբողջականության, այդ թվում և սահմանների անձեռնմխելիության, երկրների ինքնիշխանության և իրավազորության շրջանակներում՝ փոխադարձությամբ:
Մենք հասանելիություն ենք ստանալու Ադրբեջանի ենթակառուցվածքների նկատմամբ, Ադրբեջանն էլ՝ մեր ենթակառուցվածքների, այդ թվում Հայաստանի տարածքով անխոչընդոտ ճանապարհ են ստանալու կապվելու Նախիջևանի հետ:
Այս ենթակառուցվածքների բացումից առաջ կամ զուգահեռ պետք է լինի սահմանազատում, պետք է այս կողմից դրվի ՀՀ դրոշը, այն կողմից Ադրբեջանի դրոշը, կառուցվի սահմանային անցակետ, պետք է լինեն սահամանային մաքսային ծառայություններ, սա լինելու է 2 երկրների ինքնիշխանության, տարածքային ամբողջականության և իրավազորության շրջանակում, պայմանավորվել ենք այն ինչ գրված է:
Գրվածից զատ այլ պայմանավորվածություններ չկան»,- ասաց Միրզոյանը։
