«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ridus.ru–ն «Սառը ցնցուղ Երևանի համար» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի՝ պատերազմի նախապատրաստման մասին հայտարարությունը սառը ցնցուղ է Հայաստանի համար: Նման կարծիք է ridus.ru–ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտնել ՄԳԻՄՕ-ի միջազգային հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի առաջատար գիտաշխատող Նիկոլայ Սիլաևը: «Ալիևի խոսքերը հակասում են վերջերս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ասածին: Վերջինն ասել է, որ խաղաղության դարաշրջան է սկսվել: Բաքուն նաև որոշակի հակասություններ ունի Իրանի հետ, բայց այդ ոլորտում զինված հակամարտության հավանականությունը դեռևս ցածր է, իսկ Հայաստանն այն պետությունն է, որի հետ պատերազմին Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվել և շարունակում է պատրաստվել: Չնայած Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռազմական հաջողություններին, Ադրբեջանը չի կրճատում իր պաշտպանական ծախսերը: ՀՆԱ-ի համեմատ դրանք համեմատելի են Ռուսաստանի ներկայիս պաշտպանական ծախսերի հետ»,- ասել է Սիլաևը:
Իլհամ Ալիևը Փաշինյանին հստակ ազդանշան է տվել, որ «ոչինչ չի ավարտվել» և ինքը մտադիր չէ «ձեռքը հանել Երևանի կոկորդից», հավելել է քաղաքագետը: «Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագիրը դեռևս չի ստորագրվել կամ վավերացվել։ Այսպիսով, Ալիևը ևս մեկ անգամ հիշեցրել է Երևանին, որ նախկին բոլոր սպառնալիքները մնում են ուժի մեջ։ Ավելին, Երևանը չի կատարել Ադրբեջանի հիմնական պահանջներից մեկը։ Բաքուն ցանկանում է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղին վերաբերող բոլոր հղումները հանվեն Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունից։ Փաշինյանը համաձայն է դրա հետ, բայց Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու համար պետք է հանրաքվե անցկացվի, իսկ դա արագ գործընթաց չէ։ Բացի այդ, ժամանակի ընթացքում Բաքուն կարող է լրացուցիչ տարածքային պահանջներ ներկայացնել Հայաստանին։ Նման տրամադրություններ նկատվում են ադրբեջանական վերնախավի որոշ բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչների շրջանում։ Եվ ամենակարևորը՝ Երևանն ու Բաքուն ելնում են այն փաստից, որ նրանց հակամարտությունը գոյաբանական բնույթ ունի, մեկի գոյությունը սպառնում է մյուսի գոյությանը», - եզրափակել է ridus.ru–ի զրուցակիցը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել էր, որ Ադրբեջանը մեծացնում է իր ռազմական հզորությունը անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար, բայց, միևնույն ժամանակ, Բաքուն պատերազմ չի ուզում։ «Մենք պետք է պատրաստ լինենք պատերազմի ցանկացած պահի, քանի որ աշխարհում գործընթացներն այնպիսին են, որ անհնար է կանխատեսել, թե վաղը ինչ կլինի։ Մենք ինքներս ենք մեր անվտանգության երաշխավորը», - ընդգծել էր Ալիևը։
