«Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը գրում է․
«44-օրյա պատերազմի շատ հանգամանքներ մինչև հիմա հստակ չեն` տարբեր օպերացիաների նախապատրաստումից մինչև մարդկային ողբերգության տարբեր դրվագներ:
Մինչև այս պահը իշխանությունը պատերազմի թեման օգտագործում է քաղաքական շահարկումների, դրա կեղծ պատճառահետևանքային կապի և մարդկանց ընտրովի պատժի ենթարկելու համատեքստում:
Օրինակ` ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար Միքայել Արզումանյանը, ով պատերազմի վերջին 11 օրն է ղեկավարել մարտերը, 3 տարի է կալանքի տակ է, իսկ դատավարության վերջը դեռ չի երևում:
ՊԲ-ն մինչև պատերազմ և պատերազմի 33 օրերը ՊԲ հրամանատար եղած Ջալալ Հարությունյանը դատական գործընթացների մեջ է, սակայն մեկ օր չի նստել:
Արզումանյանից հետո ՊԲ հրամանատար նշանակված և մինչև 2023 թվականի Արցախի ամբողջական օկուպացիա պաշտոնավարած Կամո Վարդանյանը ներկայումս ԳՇ պետի խորհրդականն է ու այդքանը:
Ես էլ չեմ պատրաստվում ինչ-որ մեկին դատավորի դիրքերից դատավճիռ կայացնել, առավել ևս` բանտ կամ մահապատիժ մաղթել, սակայն անարդարությունների դրսևորումները հատկապես զինվորականների նկատմամբ կրկնակի մտահոգիչ են:
Այնպես չէ, որ փաշինյանական դատարաններից կամ նրա վկայակոչած «վնգստացող» դատավորներից սպասելիք կա, սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ իշխանությունը ընտրովի արդարադատություն է իրականացնում, ով ըստ կոնկրետ իրավիճակի պետք է` դատվում է, մյուսները հերոսացվում կամ ուղղակի լռեցվում են:
Ամենաանընդունելին այն է, որ գործող և նախկին բարձրաստիճան զինվորականների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը մինչև հիմա ո´չ հրապարակային խոսել է պատերազմական գործողությունների առանցքային դրվագների մասին, ո´չ էլ պաշտպանել են տարբեր հարվածներից այն անձանց, ովքեր իրենց հրամաններով մարտի են նետվել, հայրենիք պաշտպանել»:
