Իշխանությունը խաղում է ոչ միայն ՀԷՑ-ի, այլև երկրի էներգետիկ անվտանգության ճակատագրի հետ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Արդեն առիթ ունեցել ենք նշելու, որ իշխանությունը գործնականում փորձում է քպացնել ՀԷՑ-ը՝ հնարավոր ընտրություններին ընդառաջ: Այսինքն, գործ ունենք զուտ քաղաքական գործընթացի հետ, որն ունենալու է ծանրագույն հետևանքներ ոչ միայն ՀԷՑ-ի, այլև ընդհանրապես երկրի էներգետիկ անվտանգության համար:
«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ–ի տնօրենի նախկին ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Դավիթ Ղազինյանի՝ երեկվա ասուլ իսում բարձրաձայնված տվյալները ուղղակիորեն գալիս են հաստատելու մեր նշածը: Այսպես. ՀԷՑ-ից մոտ 45-50 աշխատակից է հեռացվել այս ընթացքում: Հարկավ, կարող է թվալ, որ ՀԷՑ–ի 6800 աշխատակիցների շարքում դա առանձնապես մեծ թիվ չէ: Բայց, ինչպես ասուլիսում նշվեց, խոսքը հիմնականում ՀԷՑ ենթակառուցվածքի տարբեր օղակների ղեկավարների մասին է: Իսկ եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ նրանց փոխարեն նշանակվել են անձինք, որոնց մասնագիտական միակ «արժանիքը» քպական լինելն է, ապա դժվար չէ ենթադրել, թե ինչ է կատարվելու երկրի էներգետիկ անվտանգության ու էնեգամատակարարման համակարգում առանցքային այս ընկերության հետ ոչ հեռու ապագայում, եթե իշխանություններին հաջողվի այս տեմպերով շարունակել:
Ավելին, նշվեց, որ շատ դեպքերում մարդիկ աշխատանքից ազատվել են ճնշումների ազդեցության տակ, կամ ասվել է, որ նրանց հեռացնում են, որովհետև «այլ քաղաքական հայացքներ ունեն»: Ու դժվար է չհամաձայնել Ղազինյանի դիտակմանը, որ «գլխատելով ՀԷՑ-ը՝ բերում են քպականների կամ քպամերձ անձանց, պարտված թեկնածուների», այդպիսով՝ նպատակ չեն հետապնդում բարելավել ՀԷՑ-ի աշխատանքը:
Մյուս հատկանշական հանգամանքն այն է, որ ՀԷՑ-ի սեփականատեր Սամվել Կարապետյանն առաջին անգամ միայն անցյալ տարի՝ 2024-ին է դիվիդենտներ ստացել ընկերության գործունեությունից: «Ութ տարի որևէ դրամ չի վերցրել իր շահույթից։ Այս պահին Սամվել Կարապետյանը 70 միլիարդ դրամ շահաբաժին ունի ստանալու։ Ի՞նչն էր խանգարում նրան իր շահույթը վերցնել։ Ընդամենը ՀԷՑ-ը սնանկանալու էր»,-ասում է Ղազինյանը։ Մյուս կողմից՝ նա շարունակաբար, իր միջոցների, իր շահույթի հաշվին տարեկան 150 մլն դրամ լրացուցիչ միջոցներ տրամադրելով՝ որոշակի նիշի վրա է պահել ՀԷՑ-ի հատկապես ցածր ու միջին օղակների աշխատողների վարձատրությունը:
Ի՞նչ ունենք «չոր մնացորդում»: Իսկ ունենք այն, որ ևս մեկ անգամ համոզվում ենք՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, իր նեղ քաղաքական, նաև անձնական շահերն ու քմահաճույքները բավարարելու համար խաղում է ոչ միայն 6800 աշխատող ունեցող խոշոր ընկերության ճակատագրի, այլև մի ամբողջ երկրի էներգետիկ անվտանգության հետ: Իսկ այն, որ այդ քաղաքական քմահաճույքների համար տուժելու է նաև երկրի բյուջեն, երկիրն ընդհանրապես, արդեն առանձին քննարկման թեմա է...
