«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Սամվել Կարապետյանին կալանավորելով, նույնիսկ Սամվել Կարապետյանի նկարով վահանակները պոկոտելով ու առգրավելով՝ օրվա իշխանություններն ապացուցում են իրենց՝ արդեն զավեշտի հասնող վախերը: Սակայն, մեր տեղեկություններով, այս դեֆորմացված վարքագիծը նոր աստիճանի է հասել:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրել ենք, օրերս «Տաշիր» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը հայտարարեց, որ սեպտեմբերի 1-ին ընդառաջ սկսել է Հայաստանի գյուղական համայնքների առաջին դասարանցիներին նվիրել դպրոցական պայուսակներ՝ անհրաժեշտ գրենական պիտույքներով։ Իհարկե, նման նախաձեռնություններով Սամվել Կարապետյանը հանդես է եկել տասնյակ տարիներ, և այս նախաձեռնությունը նորություն չէ: Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ այս անգամ նույնիսկ Հայաստանի գյուղական համայնքների առաջին դասարանցիներին հասանելիք նվերներն են իշխանությունները որոշել «ձերբակալել» կամ «կալանավորել»:

Բացի այն, որ իշխանությունները կեղծ տեսանյութեր են տարածում, թե իբր պայուսակներից ու գրենական պիտույքներից 1-2 հրաժարվողներ կան, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, դպրոցների տնօրեններին հանձնարարվել է, որ առավելագույնս խոչընդոտեն, այնպես անեն, որ ծնողները չստանան այդ աջակցությունը: Տեղերում քպական ղեկավարները նույնիսկ այցելում են մարդկանց տներ և համոզում, վախեցնում: Կան նույնիսկ տեղեկություններ, որ գործին միացել է նաև ոստիկանությունը՝ խոչընդոտելով, որ նվերներ տեղափոխող ավտոմեքենաները մուտք գործեն համայնքներ:

Ակնհայտ է, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանի «Մեր ձևով» արտահայտությունն անասելի վախ է առաջացրել, սակայն հարցն այն է, թե ինչո՞ւ պետք է հազարավոր երեխաներ, հազարավոր ընտանիքներ զրկվեն աջակցությունից: Ստացվում է՝ իշխանությունը ոչ մի կերպ չի աջակցում Հայաստանի հատկապես գյուղական համայնքների բնակիչների հոգսերը նվազեցնելու հարցում, իսկ ով դա փորձում է անել, խոչընդոտում են:
