«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր»-ի ազգայնացման մասին խոսք չի գնում։ Այս մասին օգոստոսի 27-ին մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարել է ՀԷՑ-ի նախկին պաշտոնակատար տնօրեն Դավիթ Ղազինյանը։

Նա հիշեցրեց, որ ընդհակառակը, քննարկվում է սեփականատիրոջն արժեքի փոխհատուցման հարցը՝ գումարած 15 տոկոս։ «Սա խոսում է այն մասին, որ կառավարությունը գնում է «ՀԷՑ»-ը։ Ազգայնացման մասին խոսք չկա։ Սա ուղղակի փորձ է՝ այս իրավիճակը այս տեսքով իրենց ընտրազանգվածին ներկայացնելու համար։ Մենք նույնիսկ ազգայնացման մասին օրենք չունենք և չենք կարող ունենալ, իսկ այն երկրները, որոնք ընդունել են նման օրենք, բախվել են ներդրումների հետ կապված խնդիրների», - նշել է Ղազինյանը։

Ընկերության նախկին տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարը կասկած է հայտնել ընկերությունը ղեկավարելու ներկայիս ղեկավարության կարողությունների վերաբերյալ՝ նշելով. «Ինչպե՞ս են նրանք ընդհանրապես ղեկավարելու։ 14 ընկերություններ, որոնց հետ մտադիր են աշխատել, իսկ ո՞վ է դրանց ընդհանրապես ստուգել»։ Նրա խոսքով՝ քաղաքական քմահաճույքի պատճառով հսկայական գումարներ են ծախսվում։ «Հնարավոր գնորդը պետք է հաշվի առնի բոլոր ռիսկերը և հաշվի առնելով դժվար թե գնա գործարքի։ Իշխանափոխությունից հետո մեծ քրեական գործ կհարուցվի՝ ով ում է զանգել, ով է ցուցումներ տվել և այլն։ Գումարը շատ մեծ է և իշխանությունները դժվար թե կարողանան որևէ մեկին նման գործարք պարտադրել։ Նախկին գործընկերները պատմում են այն մասին, թե ինչ է կատարվում, մարդիկ շենքում վախենում են հեռախոսով խոսել, աշխատակիցներին ուղիղ հարցնում են իրենց քաղաքական հայացքների մասին և անհամաձայնություն հայտնողներին ցույց են տալիս դռան տեղը», - պատմել է Ղազինյանը։
