Գերմանիայում միջազգային իրավունքի մի շարք փորձագետներ և ցեղասպանության և մարդու իրավունքների հարցերով զբաղվող կազմակերպություններ և հիմնադրամներ դիմել են Գերմանիայի կառավարությանն Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայ բնակչության հանդեպ բռնությունները դադարեցնելու խնդրանքով։ Ի մասնավորի՝ 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի 21-ին «Ցեղասպանության դեմ ճանաչման» ոչ առևտրային աշխատանքային խմբի նախագահ Դոկտոր Թեսսա Հոֆմանը, «Քրիստոնեական համերաշխության միջազգային կազմակերպության» նախագահ Դոկտոր Ջոն Այբները, Գերմանիայի «Սպառնալիքի տակ գտնվող ժողովուրդների ընկերության» գործադիր տնօրեն Սառա Ռեյնկեն, «Գերմանահայոց կենտրոնական խորհրդի» նախագահ Ջոնաթան Շպանգենբերգը, «Մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային ընկերության» (IGFM) հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ղեկավար Վալերիո Կյուգերը և «Ստեփանոսի անվան հալածված քրիստոնյաների հիմնադրամը» դիմել են Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար դոկտոր Յոհան Վադեֆուլին ՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության գործընթացում առանցքային հարցերի կարգավորման առաջարկով https://www.facebook.com/100063798152015/posts/1419889826814276/?rdid=bk8w1A2taUbhZNvs#։ Կոչի հեղինակները պնդում են, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կրոնական, մշակութային և պատմական ժառանգության ոչնչացումը անհապաղ պետք է դադարեցվի։ Նամակի համահեղինակները նշում են, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված հայերի իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն ու անվտանգության ապահովումը պետք է լինի խաղաղության գործընթացի կարևոր մաս։ Նրանք դիմում են Գերմանիայի Կառավարությանը, որպեսզի վերջինս, համագործակցելով Եվրամիության և դրա անդամ պետությունների հետ, ակտիվ և սկզբունքային դեր խաղա խաղաղության հաստատման գործընթացում՝ ստանձնելով պատասխանատվություն։ Գերմանիայի մարդու իրավունքների մասնագետները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հուշարձանների ոչնչացումը, հայ բնակչության հետ տեղի ունեցած բռնությունները, բռնի տեղահանությունը ցեղասպանություն են որակել։ Նրանք մատնանշել են միջազգային իրավունքի փորձագետների այն պնդումը, որ հայ ժողովրդի՝ երկրից հեռանալու որոշումը՝ պայմանավորված է եղել ադրբեջանական հարձակմամբ և ինը ամսվա զրկանքներով և որ այդ գործողությունները, համաձայն միջազգային փորձագետմերի պնդումների, համապատասխանում են ցեղասպանության սահմանմանը՝ համաձայն «Ցեղասպանության մասին կոնվենցիայի» 2(բ) հոդվածի:
