Վատիկանը կկառուցի արևային էլեկտրակայան դառնալով աշխարհում առաջինը, որը կհասնի ածխածնային չեզոքության

Վերջերս Իտալիայի կառավարությունը հաստատել է Վատիկանի ծրագիրը Հռոմից հյուսիս գտնվող 430 հեկտար տարածքում մեծ արևային էլեկտրակայան կառուցելու վերաբերյալ, հաղորդում է Associated Press-ը, գրում է gismeteo.ru–ն։ Սուրբ Աթոռը հույս ունի, որ նախագիծը լիովին կբավարարի Վատիկանի էլեկտրաէներգիայի կարիքները և երկիրը կդարձնի աշխարհում առաջինը, որն ունի զրոյական ածխածնային հետք։
Վատիկանի հայտարարության համաձայն, Galleria Santa Maria-ի տարածքում նախագիծը հաշվի կառնի տարածքի էկոլոգիական և գյուղատնտեսական առանձնահատկությունները, հողը կմնա գյուղատնտեսական, իսկ շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցությունը կնվազի։
Համաձայնագրի ֆինանսական մանրամասները չեն հրապարակվել։ Հայտնի է միայն, որ Վատիկանը կստանա ազատում իտալական հարկերից արևային վահանակների ներմուծման համար։ Սակայն, ի տարբերություն Իտալիայի քաղաքացիների, նա չի կարողանա օգտվել վերականգնվող էներգիային անցնելու համար նախատեսված հարկային արտոնություններից։ Իր հերթին, Իտալիան կկարողանա հաշվել այդ էլեկտրակայանի արտադրանքը ԵՄ մաքուր էներգիայի նպատակներին հասնելու իր սեփական նպատակները հաշվարկելիս։
Անանուն աղբյուրի խոսքով, Վատիկանի կարիքներից ավելի արտադրված ցանկացած ավելցուկային էլեկտրաէներգիա կմատակարարվի տեղական ցանցին՝ հարևան համայնքի օգտին։
Վատիկանը գնահատում է, որ նախագիծը կարժենա մոտ 100 միլիոն եվրո։ Իտալիայի խորհրդարանի կողմից պաշտոնական հաստատումից հետո կհայտարարվի շինարարական և ինժեներական աշխատանքների մրցույթը։
